Description of Work: Boiler cleaned, oiled, pressures checked. Inspected flute,vents, pipes, chimney. Check ignitor, test run 3x. Annual winter clean & check on furnace.

 + -1 moreBrian said he would call before coming. He did. He said he would be here by 10:30. He was. He spent 1 1/2 hours. Afterward he was willing to explain everything he did. Brian has done all the work on my air conditioner and heater for the last 10 years.
