I was very disappointed. Service date was in August 2020. First time Miguel came by I was very satisfied with his customer service skills. Seemed very proffesional and the appointment was very speedy. He offers a guarantee that if the problem is not resolved within those thirty days he comes and re treats (in this case fleas) He did not honor that. He did the initial treatment and about 3 days later a second spraying was done. Once a week had passed I did contact him to make him aware the fleas were still an issue. I can understand that some pests may take longer to get rid off. The problem is that when I attempted to contact him multiple times via texts or calls so that he could come by again he never answered my texts, nor return my calls. I did not at any point ask for a refund. All I was asking for was that he come and treat again as he guarantees to do being that it was compleltely within 30 days and the problem persisted. I ended up having to call Orkin and paid all over again to treat the home.

Wonderful, he got rid of the bees!

Miguel is always responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure the issues are corrected the first time.
