Everything was great! Fence is beautiful and truly a seamless process for us.

They took down our old fence and put up the new one. They got it done in one day which was amazing. They used an auger to dig the holes so we know the job was done well. Great quality and price.

Customer service was a nightmare, very unprofessional. I was told they were understaffed due to the heat, instead of rescheduling, a guy, his wife and his 7 yr old were digging holes. I was told measurements were off and more material needed to be picked up on day 2. I was not in charge of measuring my own lot, they were. But the inconvenience was mine. Office manager Chris should be fired for the way she speaks to paying customers and absolute refusal to make the situation right.

Had are new fence installed by America's Back Yard and we couldn't be more pleased. Everyone we had contact with was very professional, helpful and nice. I would highly recommend them for any of your fencing needs.

America's Backyard replaced part of our wood fence with their white vinyl fencing and it's beautiful! Made our landscaping look great. We loved it so well we called them back out to install the rest of our yard against our neighbor's fence.

They breached out contract. We contacted for posts buried 42” in concrete because we have s lot of wind, they went 36” They told us they were doing it the way they were and if we didn't like it they would pull what they’d done and keep our deposit. They then promised it would be beautiful. Well we contracted for a postmaster system and they didnt install according to maufacturers’ instructions. Some of the fence posts weren’t even connected to the panels. There are areas the fence is 6 inches off the ground and the fence is flimsy as heck. They wont even talk to us to get the fence fixed. Overall poor workmanship and lousy customer service.

They got the fence done in a day but as soon as I paid them In cash they stoped responding all I needed was one fence post moved over so I can fit my car in backyard and they made every excuse up not to come the workers the brought used my landscaping rocks as back fill instead of using the dirt they had on the truck,the workers left garbage everywhere my fence was white vinyl but was covered in mud and dirt which they didn’t clean off.Last but not least they were drinking on the job,wish i would of Read reviews before I wasted 10 grand on a fence ,then they no Called no showed when I wanted them to Fix it worse salesman ever as well once u pay Chris the salesman he doesn’t answer your phone calls at all had to call The company numerous times and no Answer

Picture this…they cut the Nicor Gas Line completely through AND the Cable/Internet for my whole neighborhood. A dozen neighbors from all around were out complaining about the potent gas smell a block away, and the fact they were all disconnected from cable and internet. My next door neighbor is unhappy that they piled up the 250 feet of my old fence on her front lawn. 18 trucks are on my street including the fire depart, village officials, Nicor, Comcast, & USGS. On top of all that, they didn’t install the fence as instructed and then have failed to come back to remedy. Poor quality installation, zero service, and they don’t call you back after they have your money! This $10,000 fence has one sole purpose…keep the puppy contained…. which it does not! Oct 1st 2020 – Americas Backyard installed 300’ fence for my dog with a large gap on the bottom that allows the dog to escape. I specifically discussed the requirements with the salesman and foreman (it needed to be flush with the ground so the dog can escape under the fence). The cutting of the gas lines, cable/internet/ and staging my removed fence on my unhappy neighbors lawn all took place on this day. October 2nd 2020 - I notice the gap the morning after the install, when the dog squeezed through the gap under it. I spoke to a rep, filled out a service form, and was told they would be right out to fix this. October 13th 2020 – Chris Madia from Americas Backyard sends me an e-mail saying they will be out to fix this on October 26th 2020. (24 days after I requested the repair) October 26th 2020 Americas Backyard is a No Show- No Call. October 28th 2020 8:00 AM - I call multiple times and wasn’t able to get through but an e-mail from Chris stated they will get it rescheduled. October 29th 2020 4:00 PM After not hearing back about the reschedule, I send a follow-up e-mail to which I get a reply “I am working on it…” November 10th 2020 – Still have not had a response from anyone, the dog still can run right under the fence, and I’m on the hook for a $10,000 fence. Attached is a picture of the excavator on my front lawn tearing up my grass to repair the gas line Americas Backyard cut through.

We got a fence and deck installed by America's Backyard when we first moved into our new home and we couldn't be happier! From the salesman to the installation crew everything was great!

I can’t say enough about these guys! Not only do I think my fence looks amazing but I get comments from my neighbors on a daily basis. America’s Backyard is my top choice when friends and family ask for fencing recommendations. So glad I chose them for my fencing needs.

I would love to let everyone know how my project went with this company. However, after talking with the secretary TWICE and not receiving a phone call back for a quote I have nothing.

We were very happy with America’s Backyard, from the first interaction we had with Chris, to the workers who came to install the fence and did a beautiful job. The owner himself even came by to make sure the job was going well. Great company and would highly recommend.

Nobody but A&M showed up.Everybody on quarantine here.I hired a freelance handyman.

We called America's Backyard to repair a fence that they installed in 2004. There are multiple posts that need to be replaced. Our fence is leaning and creating gaps that our dogs have escaped through. Although we paid for the service 3 months ago, the service has not been performed. They have scheduled the service at least 5 times, but have never been out to complete the job. Each time that we call we are given a different excuse. They have told us so many stories that it's difficult to know what the truth is. They have claimed that the repair person left the company, that they ran out of posts, etc. They have sent JULIE out to our house 5 times in preparation for the job, yet they haven't been out to our house once in the 3 months that we have been patiently waiting for service. The last incident occurred on 8/4/18. They promised to be out to repair the fence so we rescheduled a party, waited ALL day, and they never showed. They did not even give us the courtesy of a phone call.

Called for an estimate and was told a salesman would contact me. That was 3 weeks ago and no one has called. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't hire even if they were the cheapest quote.

I paid deposit and made arrangements months ago, I was called several times during the week to confirm (which was annoying) and the day I was scheduled to have the work done the job was cancelled. The work was not completed and I am not happy with this company. The lack of professionalism not to mention the time wasted including taking time of my job is in unacceptable.

Excellent. Kevin was very professional and easy to work with. Their price was fair and the quality looks great..overall phenomenal value. At the time most fencing companies had a 4-5 week wait for installation. We needed it installed sooner and they were able to accommodate. I highly recommend America's Backyard.

It went well. Timely and exactly what we wanted. No complaints

They were very quick. They responded quickly, and gave me a great price. They did it all in the weekend I needed them to. I called a whole bunch of fencing companies and they didn't respond.

The fence itself is beautiful. We're very happy with it. However, we were unimpressed with the customer service aspect of it. The crew was supposed to install the fence on Tuesday, May 20th. Chris told us it would take one day. We sent letters to our neighbours to inform them of the one-day job. The crew didn't even arrive at our house until after 1 pm. I had to call the office to make sure the install was still even happening. As a result, they weren't ready when the inspector arrived. Fine. Okay. We figured it would be finished the next day. Nope. Instead of rescheduling the inspector immediately, they waited until the next day and weren't able to make an appointment until Thursday. So a pile of fencing sat on our yard all day Wednesday. On Thursday, I again called the office to make sure the crew was going to come. They said they would be there shortly but didn't arrive for several more hours. So the install took three days instead of one and we didn't feel that we were kept informed at all throughout the process.

They were very hard-working. I had obtained a few estimates and America’s Backyard offered the best price for the fence we got and had the best communication regarding installation of the fence.
