+ -1 moreHe was prompt and did not try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. He did chip my new tub with the tile falling off the wall, but he did have it repaired it at his expense. I just was not "wowed" by his service/skills.
Description of Work: This contractor told me he knew how to install ceramic tile. however, this must have been his first time installing it because the grout lines are all uneven and some are huge. i was not happy with his work. he also built a linen closet in the bathroom and did not use a level on it once, so it is not plumb or true. not very professional in my opinion. maybe he has improved since 2009. i don't know.
