Mr. Jess fully explained what needed to be done, was prompt with his bid for the work (fair price),, arrived on time and was very efficient with the initial job under not too nice circumstances. I was very impressed with his proactive approach with the job. I have also hired him for additional work and would reccomend him to other people.
