Paver patio that had large puddles of standing water after raining and wound not drain. Contacted, provided videos and owner sent a crew for an attempted unsuccessful repair one time and then told us, "it was fine" and refused to look at the puddles anymore. A different company had to take everything up and redo the grading and the polymeric sand that hadn't set up and hadn't been placed in all of the joints properly. The set of 2 paver steps they added starting sinking and becoming uneven and unsafe in less than 6 months of completion. Complete disaster and nightmare to repair.

They have always been quick to provide estimates. They do a very careful job mowing our yard. Their prices are reasonable.
