Description of Work: Although we were pleased with the overall quality of the work, we felt that a couple members of the work crew were somewhat careless with the work area and thought that better preventive measures could have been used to keep dust levels down from sanders. Dave and his foreman Jason were very professional and did try to make good on our complaints. Very good about returning phone calls and generally keeping us informed during the duration of the project.

+ -1 more.David returned my calls promptly, give me a great estimate ($450 less than another company), showed up as scheduled and worked until the job was done. It took a few evenings and one full day. Probably would have finished sooner but David wasn't happy with the first color he applied in 3 of the rooms. I wasn't thrilled with the first color either at first, but I didn't see it on the walls until he had already done 3 rooms. When he told me he couldn't feel good about doing the whole house in that color (light tan--but with a bit of a pinkish tint to it) I was so happy! We talked and agreed on another color and he redid those three rooms and finished the whole house in a beautiful neutral, light gray color. Covering the stain from the soy candle was a real challenge. It took 5 coats of the oil based primer but he never gave up. The rooms look fabulous. I am very pleased.
Description of Work: Sealed two stains on the ceilings (one from a small leak before the roof was replaced and one from a red soy candle that exploded and left a red stain), painted ceilings in 4 rooms and walls in the whole house. Also did the floor of a screened porch.

He provided helpful suggestions on paint styles and colors, took down and put back up fixtures, patched and sanded nail holes as needed, and walked with us on a room-by-room inspection a day after the job was complete. He and his crew are true professionals! We will definitely use their service in the future.
Description of Work: Had 9 rooms painted. Two of these had to have wallpaper removed & the walls prepared for painting. Two rooms also had ceilings painted.
