 + -1 moreI have been very lucky. He is very knowledgeable, he is very good and he is very fair in his prices. I think his prices are very reasonable. I moved here from north Carolina and everything here is higher but I still think he is reasonable. Professionally he forgets to bring a part he will go back and get it and then try to charge me for that time. I will use him in the future.

 + 0 moreI called him...he came to my home very promptly. He explained what he thought and how he would accomplish it. He performed the work in a timely fashion....replaced what was needed. He worked very hard . The work involved heavy equipment and looked like it was going to be a real mess.. He put everything back and fixed a year long very costly and messy problem.
Description of Work: We had a water leak for over a year. No one else could find this problem which was very complex. He has very good diagnostic ability.....solved our problem...was very professional. I highly recommend him.
