Description of Work: Marian was scheduled to arrive and give us an estimate but he never arrived and did not call to cancel or re-schedule. Not professional at all.

Description of Work: Complete demo and remodeling of master bathroom. Marian is very professional. If you want a first class bathroom you should use Marian. Be prepared to make a lot of decisions if you are completely gutting your bathroom.

Description of Work: I purchased the $49 deal offered by the firm for a kitchen or bathroom design consultation with 3-d renderings on March 2, 2015. i received a call from them and an appointment was scheduled for the evening of March 19th. I then received a call asking if we could move the appointment up a day to March 18th, which I agreed to do. |They showed up on the 18th and we discussed the work I was considering doing and he took some measurements of the kitchen and said he would forward me recommendations, a proposed layout and estimated costs. He also gave me his business card and asked that I forward him my email address so that he could forward me the information discussed. At that point everything seemed to be going well. |I forwarded him my email address,as requested, on March 21st. When I had not received any response from them as of April 9th, I sent a follow-up email asking for a status update on when I might expect to get the information. as of today, April 26th, I have still not received any response or any of the promised information from them.

Description of Work: While I had a quick response to my Angie's list request, and the photos of previous jobs were beautiful, I never did hear back from them with a quote. I emailed them as requested, but no response.

Description of Work: Marian Lempicki and his crew renovated our master bathroom and did a great job on all aspects: demolition, removing a door and partial wall, replacing a tub with a walk-in shower, handling electrical, plumbing, painting and all tiling. They also installed a heated floor mat under the tile. Marian recommended good sources for a glass shower door and granite countertop. He was helpful with ideas for construction and materials. We will hire him and his crew again!

Description of Work: They gave an estimate for bathroom remodeling. Their price was too high, so I went with another company.

Description of Work: Did not perform any services. Very disappointed. He missed our first appointment, entirely. When I called him to find out whether he was coming or not, he said he couldn't make it for several hours-so we rescheduled. He took no notes and so his quote was inaccurate. Quote was also unclear so I called for clarification but basically there were too many details that were either wrong or the information in his quote was incomplete, for me to even consider his estimate. An example was he quoted vinyl tile even though I had specifically requested sheet vinyl due to one episode of water leaking from upstairs bathroom and ruining kitchen ceiling (which was also on list of things for him to do). He quoted a type of tub surround in a size that, as far as I can tell, does not come in the size we need-very shallow. There was no detail, as other estimates contained, of how many coats of paint- just "white ceiling and color on walls". We started out on a bad footing with the missed appointment and it just never got better.

Description of Work: Master bath remodel. DId not change the floor plan at all but took room down to the studs. Called Marion based on his excellent Angies list reviews. He drove out the next evening, on time, and emailed a written estimate shortly after. His price was very competitive,and the photos of his work looked good. We decided to go with someone who has done a lot of work in the neighbor and we were able to see the work first hand. First impression was very good though and would call him in the future.

However, they did not communicate at all with us after an initial meeting and we chose another contractor. They were unable to provide an estimate and were not able to respond to multiple calls and emails. A friend told me that their work was good, but that they required extensive management to complete their job properly. I would not count on them.

ADVISED REGARDING SELECTION AND INSTALLED FAN-LIGHT-HEATER COMBO. SERVED AS ADVISOR AND ACCOMPANIED ME SHOPPING FOR SELECTION OF MARBLE TILE AND MARBLE FOR VANITY COUNTERTOP. THIS HELPED ME TO GET THE BEST PRICE. ADVISED ON HOW TO MAXIMIZE THE APPEARANCE OF SPACE IN THIS VERY SMALL BATHROOM. GAVE ME A DEADLINE FOR WORK COMPLETION AND CAME IN ON SCHEDULE!

Description of Work: I HAD MY KITCHEN TOTALLY REMODELED. I HAD MY DINING ROOM WALL TAKEN OUT AND MADE THE KITCHEN WIDE OPEN. PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC WERE REDONE TO THE NEW DESIGN. I HAD NEW CABINETS INSTALLED AND A NEW SUPPORT BEAM WAS NEEDED. DRYWALL, PAINTING, AND NEW HARD WOOD FLOORS WERE ON THE AGENDA, AS WELL. I ALSO HAD THEM REDO MY BEDROOM CLOSET BY TAKING OUT THE ACCESS DOOR FOR THE BATHROOM AND MAKING IT A WALK-IN CLOSET. I ALSO HAD CANNED LIGHTS INSTALLED DOWNSTAIRS IN MY FAMILY ROOM TOO.
