Chris was fantastic, very knowledgeable about his business. On the first call he explained everything that needed to be done to solve my bee problem, and despite having already been in my area early that day, was able to come back and fit me in the same day we had our initial phone call. I found Chris to be very honest and knowledgeable, I hope I don't have another bee problem, but I would hire him again without question.

We had a meeting time and I had to call because no one was there at the appointed time only to b be told that he didn't have me on his schedule despite having asked me to verify the meeting time via a response email at the time of making the appointment. So fortunately, I had saved the response email which he asked me to send to him again and when I sent it he suddenly recalled having made that appointment and took responsibility to send his assistant within the next two hours. So I received an assistant who ambled about the house and set several mouse stations around the house and in the garage and basement and left telling me that this should be more than adequate and to call if I had any questions. $200 for this. I could've stopped by my local store and picked up that many traps for about $50 and set them down. These were simply the equivalent of Decon bait traps and not more.

Gave Chris a call to set up an appt to treat our new house. Was very attuned to our concerns as we have a 6yr that will be playing thruout the house. He answered all questions and inquires very diligently. Set the appt date and time. Day of service everything went smooth. Tech was on time and answered more questions from my spouse. Treatment was done in a timely and efficient matter. Wife and are very happy and satisfied with service that was done. We will be using Big Foot again for the next summer treatment.

Chris answered the phone and he was here a couple hours later. While walking through the inspection, he pointed out hot spots that I should repair, old or missing caulking. Chris was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what he could do and couldn't do, it is nature. We had wasps flying all over the yard and after spraying, bushes, trees, shed, swing set ext. we hardly had any flying around the day of the party. It's that tine of year for wasps and would definitely have him come out again to spray if we were having a gathering.

Chris came out the same day I called him spray the whole house and got rid of the problem .Did a great job .

Unlike other companies that have you buy a contract where they keep returning to spray once a month, Chris gave me a 3-month guarantee on the work. This sounded like a much better deal overall. I was initially concerned about spraying inside the house, but Chris explained that the nerve agent and gel specifically target insects and would not be harmful to me or my cats. I was rather desperate at this point, since I could no longer control the ants myself, and I wanted to assure success. The ants found the gel right away and the numbers went down dramatically. After two weeks I saw no more ants. Chris was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the ants and the products he was using. I also liked that he confirmed the appointment by text message, which was very convenient. I would definitely call him again if I needed his services again.

The service tech showed up within the allotted window. The first visit he treated the entire interior perimeter of the house and laid ant bait around the kitchen. He told me to wait 2 weeks to allow the bait to work its way into the colony. Well after 2 weeks we were still seeing some ants in the kitchen so they came back to retreat the kitchen area. That same visit was when they treated the outside of the house with a protective barrier. I haven't seen any ants since that time.

Chris, who I think is the owner was very cordial and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the insect and got right on it. I haven't seen any of those yellow jackets since. It was pricey it seems. I would probably go with an Angie's list deal and see who is offering the deal but that's nothing against them.

Chris answered my call promptly and came out when it was convenient for me. He did a thorough inspection of my home for termites. He was very prompt and professional. Hopefully I will never need someone for this again but if I do, I will use him.

Chris came through after Terminex did not follow through on their appointment. It was nice to talk to an individual not an operator that was just taking a message. Chris listened to my problem and was able to come out the next morning. He sprayed the whole outside of the house for pest control beside the original problem which was bees. He was extremely informative and I will use Chris each year.

I called the provider Monday, and I spoke to Chris. I explained that I thought we had a bumblebee nest in between our concrete steps on our porch that we wanted removed. He gave me some helpful information to help determine if they were bumblebees or some other kind of bees. He said there was a flat fee of $160 (or $140 if we paid in cash) to have them spray a chemical around the porch steps that would kill the bees. I called one other provider and Bigfoot's price was comparable. I let him know later that afternoon that we wanted to schedule the service. We were able to exchange information and set up an appointment via text message - very convenient - and they were able to come out Wednesday, 6/19 to perform the service. On Wednesday, the provider came promptly and efficiently applied the chemical. He said we should wait a week to make sure we don't see any more bees. If we see bees after a week, they said they would return at no charge and take care of them. So far, we have not seen the bees return.

Bigfoot came in to set mouse bait stations after mouse sightings were reported by my tenants. I also believed, based on some language in the Angie's List Deal, that they would identify the entry points during their visit, which was not the case. The tenants reported mice sightings two weeks after Bigfoot came the first time, so Bigfoot came back for a follow up at no extra cost. They accommodated a tight schedule and were very professional and accommodating. As additional assurance that the mice would not return, I ended up hiring another company to block possible entry points. I also set sticky traps and set up the sonar mice deterrents. I do believe the mice are gone now. Although I wish the service had been more robust instead of just bait stations, but I have to say they did everything they said they would, and the communication and service was very professional.

i send Chris a photo of suspected termite. He was nice and very professional. Told me that he doesn't think they were termites. We sure will be using him to do inspection and the ant treatment.

All went well. The tech was very professional.

Much to my surprise, he came out the same day that I called which was a big relief for me. He went through the bowels of my basement and looked in every nook and cranny for evidence of mice. Unfortunately he found more than I expected based on what I had seen. He showed me how the traps work since I have dogs and these traps cannot be accessed by my dogs. He also explained that my dogs cannot be secondarily poisoned by dead mice who have died from ingesting this poison. His work is guaranteed for 30 days. He offered me an affordable maintenance plan where he would come back to bait the traps every 3 months, if needed, and he gave me 30 days to make that choice or not. He told me that he thought the work he had done would handle the problem but told me to call him in 2-3 weeks if any problems persist. He was not the first exterminator that I called, but I am certain he was the best for me!

Was running late so called to tell us. Showed up at rescheduled time. Performed work neatly. No sign of ants 3 weeks later. Used a coupon from Angie's list but then was upsold more expensive product which has 30 day guarantee and will respray if problem resurfaces.

It went great. I spoke with Chris on the phone and we set an appointment for the next day. Getting an appointment so quickly was important to me because I recently moved into this house and the mice were interfering with my unpacking and settling in efforts. Joe, Chris' brother, kept the appointment and was right on time. This was also important to me because I had to run home from work to keep the appointment. We walked throughout the house together and I showed him where I had seen mice or signs of mice and Joe pointed out places where they had been that I hadn't noticed and where they were likely entering the basement and how they were running up to the first floor and even the second floor! He explained how the program worked, how long it would take to see results, and what I might see happening. He also answered all my questions and addressed my concerns about my cat (who only caught 1 token mouse about a week after moving in). Joe placed multiple bait stations throughout the house and then showed me where they were. I started seeing results in 5 days! Yesterday I found 2 more and I am not seeing anymore signs of mice so I feel much better about being there. I've never been afraid of mice but I've never had them in my home before. In this house they were quite bold. In my kitchen, they were taking the cat's dry food, piece-by-piece and stashing it in one of my lower cabinets and making a horrible mess (of a different kind) in one of my drawers. On 2 separate occasions, I had set the traditional mouse trap baited with peanut butter and both times the trap was sprung, the bait was taken, and the mouse got away. A couple of days after the floods, I even had one on my bed in the middle of the night which the cat chased into my closet. Now, it's almost as if they were never there. Joe said to give the bait stations a couple of weeks and that's what I'll do. And in the meantime, I will plug up holes and add something around my basement windows and all my doors to make them more mouse resistant. I'm hopeful I won't need BigFoot again but if I do, I know I can count on them and their work is guaranteed!

Chris has been my go-to exterminator for close to seven years. He is always polite, courteous, prompt, and competitively priced. He takes care of our problems (historically ants, ground bees, wasps and yellow jackets) successfully, we've never had to call him back to handle the same situation twice.
