They came out 4 times, misdiagnosing the issue several times. We lost time off work, causing us to lose compensation. We ended paying more even though they misdiagnosed the problem. They blamed it on the village lines, but the village came out and showed us their lines were clean. The staff were very pleasant and professional, but showed a lack of training and relayed several times they did not have the proper equipment on their truck (either the snake or camera lines were too short, etc. ) lots of excuses. We were very patient, and in the end, we made the wrong choice.

My utility closet was a convoluted mess before the HVAC replacement and by the time these guys were done - it looks like SpaceX came in and cleaned things up. They even did some 'extras' for me included; install W/D replacement vent tubbing, drained the water heater, re-directing a variety of piping - the completed job is, to be it plainly, beautiful
