She is thorough and puts back what she may have had to move. She lets us know of any issues she encounters. She is prompt and courteous and professional.

I have had other cleaning services in the past that did a good job in the beginning, but as time progressed they did not maintain the same level of service and attention to detail. Renee does a fantastic job, she is consistent and thorough. I feel confident having her in my home when I'm not there too. I love coming home after the "Queen of Green Clean" has been to my house and I appreciate that she is using safe cleaning products around my children and pets. She even let's the dog out when I'm not there.

Renee has been helping me once a month with cleaning ever since my 3rd daughter was born (4 years now). I had never used a cleaning service before but needed a little extra help! Renee is always dependable, trustworthy, hard working and does a great job. I usually am not home when she cleans and I completely trust her. I have never had any issues with her & love coming home to a great smelling & clean home! I would highly recommend her!

Renee has been cleaning my house weekly for at least 5 years. I was originally attracted by her use of eco-friendly products that wouldn't trigger my asthma/allergies. It was kinda like Baker's Square...come for the pie, stay for dinner. Only, I started with coming for the eco-friendly/low-no scent products and stayed (for 5 years!) for the cleaning and service! Renee is prompt, dependable, trustworthy, efficient, and a joy to work with. Most importantly - she cleans amazingly well and her attention to detail is fantastic. I had a couple other services some give estimates - one was a franchise and another was an independent. Renee's pricing is competitive, and in my opinion, her service is superior....better value for the same price - can't beat that! We discussed available timeslots in terms of schedule - and I can't recall a time where we had to alter that...so she is consistent and reliable. She shows up like clock work at 830 am. On the extremely rare (and by rare, I can think of only a couple times over the last 5 years) occasion where she hasn't been able to keep this standard schedule, she works to squeeze us in on another day. After about 2 years of Renee's exemplary service, my late spouse was diagnosed with cancer....and Renee kept our family going through that time and beyond. Seriously. We were a MESS with all the chemo sessions, doctor's appointments, and hospital stays..and then we were grieving. We couldn't have gotten through that time without Renee's support - she was a constant in the mayhem and when our world was upside down, having a clean home as a safe haven helped immeasurably. When we first started working together, we discussed intially what we needed help with, and which rooms we wanted cleaned. And then, we regularly (although less formally) check in to see if anything has changed. And always, Renee is open to feedback and requests for changing something up on any given week. For example, the guest room isn't normally a priority because we don't use that room regularly - but if someone is coming to stay for the weekend, I can ask Renee to give that room a quick onceover to and quot;freshen it upand quot; - and she is so good about taking that on! I'll just close with a recent example of how awesome Renee is: I accidentally spilled coffee on my portable wireless keyboard for my personal laptop. I had brought it down to the kitchen from my office, and left it on the counter to dry out, and was going to clean it after work. Without being asked....Renee cleaned the keyboard...it looked new! I was so surprised by this! I highly recommend Renee (aka the Queen of Green Clean) without any hesitation at all: high quality, reliable, individualized service for a fair price - plenty of service providers could learn a lot from Renee!

She is really excellent - she cleans every month and has for over a year. I am very happy with her work.
