He came and picked up his trap as soon as the raccoon was caught. Was very quick to come out, did his daily checks that we worked on together, and as soon as the raccoon was caught, he came by and picked up the trap and its contents.

He really knows his stuff ! He was able to tell us that the skunk who filled up our house with "that odor" , was likely just passing through. He did not recommend any traps. Steve gave us some great advice. He was professional, on time, and knowledgeable. Thanks, Steve!

I wanted to give this company a good review even though I did not use them (so far). I was woken up the other night with the most atrocious skunk smell in my house. The next morning I still smelled it in the house and by my deck, I was alarmed in case I had a bunch of skunks decamped under my deck, made a few calls and set up an appointment with another company. I then had a call returned by Steven who gave me some good advice on what might have happened and that the skunk may have just been passing through and that the scent can linger for days (so maybe no skunk under deck)...He also told me to monitor any holes/ entry points and see if they were being disturbed. We made a tentative appointment to set the trap, but it looks like I will just be monitoring the situation for the time being. I was impressed by Steven's honesty and way of doing business, he could have as easily just came and inspected and set a trap and charged me, but he helped me ascertain the situation in a collected way as I was still pretty much shaken up with the experience of the skunk odor.

Excellent! He came he checked out the interior and exterior of the house. Steve found mouse droppings in the attic. He laid a couple of traps outside and inside. I live in a townhouse and asked him if he had time to do my neighbors house as we shar a wall. Steve was happy to do it and he took care of their house too.

Animal left on its own. Repaired two holes where animal got in. Was quick to come over but communication after initial contact was minimal.

Need to wait a few months to determine the results when traps are checked.

Due to recent animal invasion, i was looking for proofing services. I called Steven after finding him on angies' list and he answered the call right away, patiently listened to my issue, promised to come the following day. He did come the next morning, gave me honest opinion, he even went extra mile to make some good suggestions on the repair work needed to be done but not in his service area. I really appreciated Steven's professionism and honesty, will refer him to anyone who needs animal removal or prevention service that Steven offers.

It went very well. We never caught the mink, but once the trap was down we saw no other evidence the animal was getting into the pond. We felt much better just having the trap there. Steve came every week day to check on the trap - he left the trap up for 13 days. We were very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call again with any other nuisance animal problems.

It took a couple of phone calls to make initial contact, but Steve was courteous and easy to work with. He was able to come out and resolve the issue quickly and professionally, and was pleasant to deal with. He charged less than others, and did a great job.

We encountered a skunk in the middle of our fenced backyard for two consecutive nights before daylight. We have two dogs that have to be let out at that time for their routines and last fall we experienced 1st hand what it was like to have one of them sprayed. The smell was brought into the house and the dog spent the day getting special baths at the groomers and we had to have all the carpets shampoo'd. Bad experience!!!!! We didn't want to repeat this again and also had concerns over skunks being carriers of rabies. We contacted Steve Krom on Thursday and Friday morning 1st thing he was out at our property. He told us skunks were avid diggers and he would make the rounds to confirm it was living close or elsewhere. After scoping out the area he determined we didn't have an odorous tenant so he setup a baited trap near our back gate. The 1st three nights a c***, a possum, and then a c*** were captured and Steve came over and released the animals even on the weekend.. He said he would go beyond his normal 3 captures for a few more days at no charge otherwise we we were probably spinning our wheels. As he indicated we only had a 40-60% chance of capture. Luckily after nothing on the 4th night we finally connected on the 5th night- we were very pleased but at the same time sad for the animal. On schedule the skunk was picked up and disposed of. Part of the total charge was $55 for the disposal of the skunk. Steve was very professional and very explanatory. We were very impressed with his skills and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.......

I have used them only once. They came out right away. They came and placed their traps, but we never caught the skunk. It had burrowed under my front porch. I did not need that much, so I don't have much to say about them. They did their best, though.

They came and processed the site and told me it would be a day or two for all the wasps to be killed and that they would leave pesticide at the mouth of the nest to insure that all were killed. It happened exactly as they described and I haven't been bothered since.

He removed both squirrels in a timely fashion. He showed up in a timely manner. I felt that he gave good service. The work wasn't cheap, but it was certainly worth it. The service that he provided was excellent.

You call them when something gets trapped. It was fine; it wasn't great. I was resetting the traps myself because the wrong animals would trigger them. It was not necessarily their problem; it was the nature of my backyard. It was a pain. There was nothing outstanding by any stretch but maybe no animal control place is outstanding.

I heard something scratch in my attic, and I thought I had a raccoon or something up there. However, it turned to be mice. He was very good, and he knew exactly what he was doing. He was accommodative and easy to talk to.

I phoned on a Tuesday afternoon and Steven responded that he could arrive first thing Thursday morning. He arrived promptly, took out his 28 foot ladder and capped the two vents referenced above. In total, Steven was done in less than one hour and the capped vents are working well at keeping critters out of my attic.

He was out within an hour to take care of the problem. He was very helpful and nice to talk to. He was more helpful than he needed to be.

STEVE WAS GREAT; ON TIME EACH DAY HE HAD TO COME! PERSISTENT IN HIS PURSUIT OF FINDING THE BABIES THAT WERE MAKING NOISES IN THE ATTIC, WHICH ULTIMATELY TURNED OUT TO BE IN A BEDROOM WALL.

He did a great job and was very responsive and professional. He completed the entire job in less than 15 minutes.

I had to leave work to meet with the tech at noon on a Monday and when I got home, he was already here. He informed me that he would have to leave do to a personal issue but did come inside and look around shortly. He left a trap in the basement and came back the following day to leave a trap on the outside of my home. He told me he would call me and follow up every few days but I was the one always having to call.

Steve was friendly and responsive on the phone. He came out to the house the next morning. He did a quick check of our basement, which from the smell helped him pinpoint exactly where the animal had died. He pulled up only one piece of wood from our deck and removed the animal quickly. Steve was professional and courteous, and definitely knows his business. I would use him again without hesitation. He quickly and pleasantly resolved a very unpleasant situation. Thank you Steve!

Overall, Steve is very professional, pleasant and thorough. I would definitely use him for other problems we might have as he also does bee/wasp problems, mice problems, etc. I would also recommend him to friends.

They were great but I thought they were a little expensive. They were professional and responsive. They came out right away.
