Dale called the day of the estimate and asked if he could come earlier. I welcomed this call and it worked out well for me. When he arrived I was surprised as to how tall he was - 6'10". He went to each room where we had work to perform and made notes, but he didn't take any room measurements. We had a large family room to paint in three colors, a 1/2 bath that need painting with some minor ceiling drywall work and painting an office upstairs. He was very professional and related his many years of experience and mentioned a couple high profile clients he had done work for. He said that his Godson would be working with him and that he belonged to a network of Christian contractors. This comment was a little strange, but I figured he was telling me this so that I would feel more comfortable with him and his integrity.

They are very responsive and returned my phone calls. He is very personable and is a very professional worker. He is knowledgeable and is trustworthy. I would highly recommend him.

He took a few days to get back to me to set up a time to come for a quote; however, that wasn't a big deal because I wasn't in a big hurry. Once he had the appointment, he arrived on time, was very professional, and very nice; however, we did not choose him because of price.

Dale returned our call for an estimate quickly. Dale answered my questions confidently and gave me a very good feeling that the work by his team would be of high quality. I appreciated his personal attention to detail. He faxed the estimate as promised and was very flexible with scheduling around our busy lives. Dale returned calls promptly and was professional at all times. When he and his assistant came, they were prompt and did the work well. I worked from home while they were working, and they were very respectful of my work (i.e., quiet when I was on calls, waited for me to be available when needed). Dale was not able to get the new baseboards to line up precisely because of the new carpet. He did some customization of the baseboard to minimize the effect and pointed out to me where the difference was apparent. He made sure it was acceptable before he finalized the work. The drywall repairs, including one large crack, were done very well. The basement looks brand new.

He arrived on time with his team, helped me to move furniture and went to work while I did. When I came home, Dale had repaired nail pops and painted the ceiling at no extra cost because it really didn't look so good after the walls had been repaired and painted. The work was excellent and he made the walls look better than they had when I first moved in. His service was top notch.

Dale, as always, did a great job. He takes great pride in his work, and we will continue using him for all our painting needs. He is honest and just a great guy. He has no need to advertise, his reputation says it all.

Came on a Saturday for the estimate, it was the only estimate I got, they painted my entire house in four days including powerwash, and left with no mess, they came to Antioch, I was moving and in a pinch and they came through, no need to use any one else!

Dale & team did a great job! He was very accommodating on the time schedule & shuffled some jobs around to get us in sooner. His team was very professional, & did a very precise job & cleanup. We hope to use Dale again for our new construction home & he will be bidding on it soon.

WE DIDN'T HIRE DALE INITIALLY BECAUSE WE THOUGHT HIS BID WAS A BIT HIGH, EVEN THOUGH WE GOT A GOOD FEELING RIGHT AWAY. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF FRUSTRATION WITH THE OTHER PAINTER, WE DIDN'T CARE AS MUCH ABOUT PRICE AND JUST WANTED THE JOB DONE RIGHT! DALE FIXED ALL THE OTHER GUY'S MISTAKES AND LOWERED HIS BID BY $400 TO BOOT! I THOUGHT HIS QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT ! MY HUSBAND IS A BIT PICKIER THAN ME, AND FOUND SOME AREAS HE WANTED RE-DONE. DALE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FIX ALL MY HUSBANDS CONCERNS. AFTER HE HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID. LIKE I SAID HE IS A PROFESSIONAL.

He was very pleasant and came on time for our appointment. He also followed up later by phone to see if we were interested. We decided not to use him because the price was high. He did say he does his own work and does a good job, and I expect this is true.

BEING ON A TIGHT BUDGET ON THIS HOUSE DALE WAS ABLE TO REPAIR AND DO A FANTASTIC JOB. HIS PREP WORK IS WERE HE SHINES MAKING QUESTIONABLE SURFACES LOOK GREAT.

DALE WAS GREAT. HE WAS SOMEWHAT PROMPT AND WAS VERY POLITE TO GRANDMA AND THE KIDS. WE WOULD USE HIM AGAIN ANYTIME FOR PAINTING! HE IS VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

ASKED TO GIVE US A QUOTE ON RE-FINISHING OUR FRONT DOOR. SAID HE WOULD STOP BY BUT NEVER DID, NOR DID HE CALL.

DID A FANTASTIC JOB! EVERYTHING LOOKS NEW AND THE PRICE WAS BETTER THAN WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING.

HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL JOB! HE WAS WHERE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WHEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. HE'S A NICE YOUNG MAN AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.

DALE PAINTED THE BASEMENT THAT MORDINI GENERAL CONTRACTING CREATED FOR US. HE DID AND OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL JOB AND FINISHED ON TIME WITH A FEW NO CHARGE EXTRAS (DON'T SEE THAT MUCH). NOT YOUR TYPICAL PAINTER HE CARES, YOUR JOB IS TREATED LIKE HIS HOME CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL.

VERY NEAT, CLEAN, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HIS PRICE WAS MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AND WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A NEIGHBOR, GLAD WE HIRED HIM. IMPORTANT NOTE, HE ACTUALLY PAINTS WITH HIS GUYS DOESN'T JUST SEND OUT A CREW.
