Even though this is our 3rd home, I had yet to walk through a full home inspection. I would recommend this be done for all potential homeowners. My inspector, Todd was as thorough as if he had built this home. He is extremely knowledgeable and allows customers the chance to ask ?inspections for dummies? type questions. I was very comfortable and pleased with his intricate knowledge of the home inspection. Finally, his report provided immediately after the inspection is best in class business practices. I would recommend him all day everyday.

On time vert through on his home inspection

My experience with Eagle Land was terrible. The home inspection report was delayed and lacked some property details. After payment, Todd disappeared, making it impossible to address questions or concerns. I should have been more cautious from the start because this business does not even have a valid phone number for contact, which should have raised a major red flag.

Todd was great, was on time, had a great attitude, knew what he was doing, overall great value would definitely recommend.
