Description of Work: This is the second time I've used Overhead Garage Door - the first time they replaced the door after it came off its tracks due to a broken spring. | |This time I had a new opener installed after the old one went to pieces. On time, efficient, and no complaints with the job. The installer spent time going over the various features of the new door and made sure everything worked properly before leaving.

Description of Work: Found some areas of binding and corrected them. Lubricated all moving parts.

Description of Work: Inspection of door, rollers and rails. | |We had been having an issue of the rollers or door making louder than usual clicking sounds which I brought to the attention of the technician, he said without looking further that everything was ok and the notice was "probably" related to the weather and should go away when it gets warmer. Well I also informed him that it was happening in the warmer weather too, and the sound was not usual or customary for our door (they installed the door just a couple years ago), he reiterated that everything checked out fine. | |I am sorry to say that the door is still making these sounds and it is disconcerting to me it still does. It almost seems like their deal was to show up, spray some lube on the rollers - open the door and close it and be done. | |While I marked this as I would not use them again - it is more that I am not sure - but until my door is fixed and sounds quiet again - I won't recommend them to anyone I know.

Description of Work: Overhead Garage Door Inc was incredible to work with. The service gentleman arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He determined that our garage door did not have the proper structural support and fixed the issue immediately and with reasonable cost. Our garage door works like new. I would definitely recommend this organization and use them again.

Description of Work: We had purchased an Angies big deal for garage door tune up. The service was scheduled promptly and he showed up right on time, did the tune up and also answered provided us with useful suggestions.

Description of Work: Excellent technician staff. I have used them many times before. I even changed my appt. time the day before and it was no problem at all! The "check-up" was really a life saver for the price. It gave me an opportunity to ask questions and get cost savings ideas from the technician!

Description of Work: Tightened or replaced missing bolts, screws; replaced the soft strip at the bottom of the door. Warned me that my safety stop was not functioning and that it could not be repaired. I can't remember the exact date I had it done but the weather was very cold.

Description of Work: Our double door garage would not open. Upon inspection I could see that the spring was broken. Overhead Door came out the same day, replaced both springs (explained that if one had broken the second might break sometime soon to which I agreed) oiled the whole door and the third garage door just to be nice. Service man was prompt, efficient, friendly and professional.
