I put my request through Angi and Lance responded very quickly. He was able to come the very next morning. Arrived on time, was professional and made the repair to the carpet. Great job!

Needed an estimate on installation of carpet and hardwood flooring. Requested this via Angie's list on 7/15/16. Never received a response from the contractor :(

Lance came to a townhouse I'm remodeling right now. I had new laminate flooring i had just put in and needed the carpet to be finished/repaired properly to meet the laminate floor. One opening was about 10ft wide and the other a door way about 2.5 feet wide. Lance was on time and gave some good suggestions on how to finish the carpet edge to where it met the laminate floor. He reinstalled new tacking, stretched the carpet to attach, and then trimmed/finished the edge to give it a nice clean look. Lance noticed a few small stains on the carpet and removed those for me too!! Great guy and does very nice work. I will use him for all my carpet repair needs for my properties in the future.

Lance arrived right on time the day after I reached out, put on plastic booties without being asked and went to work. His prices were competitive with 2 other estimates, and the quality appears great. Only wish he installed hardwoods so that we could give him more work in that area, too! Great experience, highly recommend.

We had a large stain (about 9"x12") in the middle of our living room that would not come up after carpet cleaning and stain treatment. I messaged Lance through Angie's List to see if he could patch the area. He called back and was able to schedule a time the next day. He was accommodating and called 30 minutes prior to coming out so I could get home from work. He went right to work and suggested he use carpet from a closet since we did not have any extra. The results are fantastic! Lance is truly an artist to be able to blend the seams so well, and match the direction that the pile lays. I can't even see where the patch is because he did such a great job. And I am even more thrilled he was able to do it before we have visitors for the holidays. Thank you, Lance!

Lance was very punctual, he did exactly as he committed, he did a fine job and was very flexible about coming further to travel to provide service. I saw his reviews and wanted to have someone dependable and reliable and that is exactly what I got. We have had no issues with the carpet and we would use him again!

Lance was great! I called the day before and due to a shift in his schedule he was able to come the next morning. Lance was on time and went right to work on my project. His work is quality and he is quick and efficient. If I need carpet work in the future, he is the person I will call.

Called Lance Monday afternoon. He called back in short order and was able to come out the next day. Very professional, liked that he wore the shoe protectors. Work went quick and the section was re-stretched and re-tacked. Whole job took 30 minutes. Looks like nothing ever needed to be done. Would definitely call again for big or small jobs.

Lane came in and worked miracles on the carpet. He also had a reasonable price, considering I purchased my own carpet for install, and major carpet stores tried to force me to buy theirs for install of something I didn't want. He was punctual ahead of time. I have used him on carpet install and patching, which was wonderful work.

Lance was a true professional where he provided constant communication about the process. He is truly a craftsman who takes complete pride in his work. No only is Lance professional and really good at what he does, he is very personal as well. He carefully explained what he needed to do and why, then he moved my furniture and went to work. No more wrinkles and it looks beautiful!

I dropped the ball on making an appointment to get our carpet stretched before we move in this weekend. I was looking online and saw Lance's business. I called him on Wed. the 14th a 930 am. He answered, was very professional, and answered all my questions I had on the phone. He was the only one that said he could fit me in before Saturday. He was in Kenosha already and said he could be there in a couple hours after his next job. I asked him to call me when he was on the way to make sure I would be home. Sure enough, he was at my house at 1 pm. He came in and looked at the area and got right to work. I told him I had lumps under my carpet I would like to look at. He ripped back the carpet (which most carpet guys would do for an extra cost, he didn't) and we found mounds of sawdust and debri left from the previous install. He let me vacuum it out so it would be flat again. He came and did his job while explaining it with all the knowledge he had. He was professional and polite. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs their carpet stretched! Definitely 5 stars!
