Description of Work: We had bees behind/under the siding in our house. The exterminator had to come to the house about 10 times before the problem was fully contained. The problem was that the powder that he sprayed into the hole would simply fall out because the hole went straight up into the siding. The bee activity would die down for a day or two, but then more bees would appear after a couple of days and we would have to call back. While I appreciate his willingness to come multiple times, I would have thought that he would have had another way to handle the problem after the powder was proving to be innefective. This can't be the first time that anyone has encountered bees flying into the bottom of siding. The whole process lingered for literally months, and it was a hassle for everyone.

+ -1 moreWe have used them at least one other time. Their cost was very reasonable. They were very thorough with the treatment and sprayed all around the exterior of the house. It worked perfectly.
Description of Work: Every year with have an issue with boxelder bugs in the fall. They came out for treatment.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They came out on a short notice. We had an emergency. The wasps were probably nesting there all season and started coming into our bathroom vents. We found that a day before we went on vacation, and they came out around 7:30 or 8 o' clock at night just to take care of it for us to make sure we were safe while we left. When we came home, they came back and did more work. They were the only people willing to come out at a reasonable price. They were the only people who actually called me back. I left message at different places. They were nice, and they knew what they were talking about.
Description of Work: Lakeside Pest Control went into one of our exhaust vents and cleared out a wasp nest that was about two stories up.

+ -1 moreMark was very helpful on the phone, showed up on time, and did a thorough job. He was not pushy about signing a long term contract for service, and charged me less than he quoted on the phone. I appreciated his taking the time to answer all my concerns and questions.
Description of Work: Mark sprayed the outside and inside of the house to control carpenter ants. He then checked outside trees, etc. to find the nests.
