Description of Work: This is the second time we used this company. The first time we had them clear a blocked toilet. Their price was very reasonable. This second time, they came out and gave us an estimate for moving some plumbing around in the kitchen. They were courteous, prompt, and their price for the work was reasonable. We will use them when it's time to move the plumbing. All in all, I have nothing but good to say about this company, and I recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Main water leak - we had no idea where coming from. I found Duane Blanton on Angie's List and within 20 minutes of finding them and calling their office - they were at my front door! Responsiveness - A+ Then the gentleman listened to my story, evaluated the situation and determined his plan of action. He was busy calling in the troops and working - escavating, repairing - the entire time. They honored my 10% off Angie's List coupon for the first bill $2200 - but when a second bill came (because after digging they realized that they needed to drill through our foundation) they did not honor the 10% on the additional amount of $750. Still don't understand that but they were beyond courteous, were very professional, trustworthy and fair so I let it go :). Really knew their stuff!! Will definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

Description of Work: Needed 2 faucets replaced. They quoted me $600 for labor , as I already had the faucets. I told him it was too much, so he said he would give me a written quote. Went out to his truck and came back with a lower price. When I asked why I didn't get that price the first time, he said he was "going by the book" Be careful and don't settle for the first price quoted. They may be good plumbers, but I couldn't trust this method of doing business.

Description of Work: I had a lead in my water pipe aroung the hot water heater. The plumber was at my home within in 2 hours of my call. He efficiently repaired the leak and even wiped down the basement floor!! Not only was he efficient and professional but he was pleasant and personable as was every experience I had with the company.

Description of Work: We had our expansion tank leak early on a Sunday morning. We called Exceptional and they promptly returned our call and were at the house within the hour. The plumber was very courteous, professional and even discussed issues that we might want to consider in the future.
