After contacting the company a Mr. Frank Babcock came out who was very friendly and stated he would send an email estimate by the next day. After about 1-2 weeks of no response, I had to call twice before receiving the proposal which was way too high as compared with other providers.

Called for an estimate for tree trimming/tree removal for tree in my yard. Person that I spoke to on the phone was not particularly friendly. Told me they would get back to me by the end of the week with an estimate of the costs. They got back to me about a week after that. I know this summer has been crazy busy for tree removal services but of the 4 companies that I contacted, this company took the longest and came back with the highest estimate of cost for the service. As a result, did not end up using their services.

I just needed to have some lawn work done. Clarence Davids came in and looked at everything and gave me a quote. They were very nice. They came out when they said they were going to. They responded very quickly. I would use their service for another quote in the future too.

I was pleased with the work itself. I also very much like our account exec. However, overall responsiveness was not what it should have been.

They are fine. They are reliable and they do good work. I tend to think they are on the expensive side but I guess it's worth it.

We have been using them for a couple of years. They are great. They do various types of landscaping work. They are prompt. They may be a little expensive, but I think the quality of the work justifies the prices.

The grades are hard to give becuase they did a solid job with the yard but a terrible job with the brick walk thus the N/As below. When I first called they pretended like they had come back to fix it. Alternatively, they really did come back but repeatedly did an inadequate job so that it appeared they had done nothing. I had to call and email repeatedly and finally threaten to call the better business bureau before they finally really fixed it several weeks later. I am not a terribly picky person or a huge complainer. Everyone makes mistakes. The problem was that it was not safe how they had it at first, and they tried not to own their mistake at first. The brick fell off and down onto the side walk when stepped on. I received no apology letter or refund of any sort.

THEY PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE AND THE WORKERS ARE VERY DILIGENT. THE FIRST YEAR OF SERVICE WAS GOOD, THE SECOND YEAR NOT SO GOOD, BUT AFTER WE CONTACTED THE MANAGER, THEY MADE DRASTIC IMPROVEMENTS AND THE SERVICES HAVE GOTTEN MUCH BETTER.
