Description of Work: Gave us an estimate on the project. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed to do for the amount of water that is coming into our sump pump. I will definitely be hiring them in a few months to complete the project. I felt the estimate was a fair price

Description of Work: They drained and inspected the combination hot water/space heater and pipes to troubleshoot the lack of heat. Also installed new water lines to my clothes washer. I provided the new water lines for them to install.

Description of Work: I called about getting a bathroom drain rodded on a Saturday early evening, Bill came out and ruled out all other potential problems before he finished in the bathroom. He walked me thru each step as he was eliminating each one. He was very personable and a pleasure to talk to during what is always an uncomfortable situation. Needless to say he got the drain open and saved the day.( My son was having a sleepover) Cleaned up afterwards and the price was right. ATR will be my prefered plumber from this day on. Thanks Bill, The Herndens
