Matt was the technician that came out. He did a great job with the water heater. He came out today to install a new sink and he fixed an issue with our tub. He did an excellent job. The toilet wasn't getting enough water to flush completely, which he fixed as well, by removing the water saver. The office handles everything well and they have great followup.

The crew was on time. They replaced the entire drain system in our house. They did the job quickly and professionally. They also cleaned up the area. I am extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend ATR plumbing for both small and large jobs.

I have had at least 6 different plumbers try to fix that toilet or suggest a new one. I do not want to change the toilet because it will probably result in a whole bath remodel , new floors etc. I was so thrilled to do this cheaper than any other plumber I've used and get it right with no mistakes. I've had the outside faucet supposedly fixed too, but it always leaked. I have been looking for a long time and kissed a lot of frogs. Wish they were closer, but I now know who to call to get it done right. I would nominate them for the POH. So nice to deal with. They said it would be reasonable and it was.

Great experience! Called ATL in the morning, they had all the pumps installed by afternoon. Battery back up and standard sump. Great work by the team and great communication. They kept me up to date all day on their status! Will be using them again for all future needs.

The work was top-notch. I have used ATR 2 other times and each time they are courteous, helpful, responsive and do great work. If you are in the need for a plumber, This is the team you should use.

Theresa was fantastic. Returned my call immediately on a Saturday night. I was able to get an appointment quickly. John was fantastic. John showed up on time. He explained everything to me very clearly. He cleaned up any mess that was made. Highly recommend ATR plumbing!

The work they did was perfect. Billy and his team arrived on time. I shopped around for reliable and polite service providers. - ATR Plumbing did a tremendous job and could not imagine using any other plumber.

I feel so bad. I've called this business twice. Each time they came out, fixed something in under five minutes and didn't charge me a cent. I hope to have another problem (not expensive) to call them and pay them this time. Very friendly and courteous.

I called ATR and Teresa was very helpful. She took my information and set up an appointment. By the way, Teresa was extremely personable and pleasant to deal with. Billy and John came out the next day. They too were very professional, personable and performed the job efficiently. It was a pleasant experience dealing with ATR Plumbing. I would definitely call them in the future if I have any plumbing needs. A great company to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Billy did a great job!. He and his wife were super helpful, super friendly and easy to work with. I hope to work with them for more of my plumbing needs.

I have been having a few issues with my toilet for a few weeks, I would hear a low hissing sound after the tank filled. I would have to take off the lid and pick up the float to stop the hissing. Saturday was the last straw. After I did the usual steps, I heard water dripping in the tank, I took off the lid and all the water inside the tank was gone. I started to panic because I didn't know where it was going. I called my plumber, he didn't return my call. So I went on Angie's List and found ATR Plumbing. I talked to Theresa about my problem, she said she and Billy were on their way to Wisconsin, but they would be able to come out late morning on Sunday. She told Billy the problem we were having and he said not to worry the water is going into the drain. Which made me feel a lot better. Sunday late morning Billy and Theresa showed up as promised. Billy replaced the ballcock and rubber seal. He also replaced the turnoff valve. I was so impressed, they kept their promise to come over on a Sunday. I am so thankful that my plumber didn't return my call right away (he did eventually call, but told him I found someone else). I now have a dependable new plumber. Thank you Billy and Theresa for being their for us.

After moving into our new home, we found that running water in the shower/tub upstairs resulted in lots of water coming through the ceiling in the utility room below. ATR was able to locate the leak while being minimally invasive to the surrounding drywall. They got the leak repaired promptly, and everyone was polite and friendly throughout the experience.

My backup sump alarm was going off periodically, indicating that it had to kick in because the main sump wasn't pumping or wasn't pumping efficiently. I decided to just replace the main pump to be sure. I called ATR about 8 am Monday; Teresa said John could be there with a new pump within an hour to hour-and-a-half. He arrived 45 minutes later. He had the new pump in within 30-40 minutes. John also explained that he moved the backup pump to the bottom of the pit so it would run more efficiently. The old main pump was larger than the new one, so the old one didn't leave room enough to mount the backup pump at the bottom of the pit. Because it was mounted higher in the pit, it only pumped a couple of inches out of the pit before running dry and shutting off; so it ran more frequently than it needed to. Mounting it at the bottom of the pit alongside the main pump allows it to pump the pit nearly dry before shutting off. Response was faster than expected, the work was done quickly and professionally, and John improved the functioning of the entire system. Awesome!

ATR Plumbing has been doing work in my house for many years. ATR Plumbing always leaves my house clean and I trust their suggestions and recommendations. One of my sump pumps stopped pumping water and only made a buzzing sound. I called ATR Plumbing and Billy came out the next day. I have dual alternating sump pumps (set up and installed by ATR Plumbing), so it was not an emergency. Billy took the sump pump out to check it and it started working, but it made a slight grinding noise when it started. He took it apart for further inspection and everything looked fine, there was no indication of the cause for the grinding. He put it back together and it worked but he was concerned because it still made noise. With dual alternating sump pumps if it failed again it would still not be an emergency. I know the sump pump will fail sooner or later and I could save time and a service call, so I asked him to replace it. We both agreed that this is probably the best most cost effective solution. Billy replaced the sump pump and when he left you couldn't even tell he was there (other than my sump pump didn't make any noise).

Great experience. Called about 8:30 AM. Received a call back from Teresa within 5 minutes. Explained that my water heater was leaking. She asked a few questions and she took it from there. The supply company delivered a new water heater within 2 hours and two plumbers were there at 12:30 PM to begin work. They removed and disposed of the old water heater. Installed the new water heater and also corrected some connections which were previously incorrectly installed. Job was finished around 3 PM. From initial phone call to completion of job was 6 1/2 hours, not bad!!!. Will definitely use again for all my plumbing needs.

.I have been VERY satisfied with the work completed for me. SO much that I have recommended ATR several times and everyone I have made the recommendation to have come back and thanked me! They are fast, efficient, kind, clean - and Theresa in the office is just a joy to talk with! Customer Service at its best! ** Oh yeah, I have three dogs and they were great with them!

Both were installed quickly and professionally, very satisfied.

They have not had to come in the past year their installation of the sewer line was so excellent. They did prescribe, very effectively, the main issue of getting to our sewer line. His wife, who works behind the scenes, is delightful to talk to. They really care and understand what you are going through.

From the first moment I called ATR, I could tell the company was very professional and honest. They have excellent procedures to make sure the technician schedules his own work. Estimates are performed by the technician on site, no guesswork. The request was communicated accurately and the technician arrived to do a free estimate within 24 hours (it was a not an emergency). It was clear, if price and time were agreed that repairs would be performed that day. The repairs were done quickly and with high quality. He repaired the pump instead of replacing it and made it easier to repair in the future. At $150 and 1/2 hour work it was far cheaper and faster than I could have done myself.

They did much more than I thought they would for a very good price. This one was really quite reasonable.
