Our plumber, Paul, demonstrated his competence even before arriving by calling the day before our appointment, discussing the problem and reviewing possible solutions. On appointment day, he arrived on time and quickly repaired our toilet. He clearly knew what he was doing. He was both courteous and knowledgeable. I had asked for business cards to refer his company to other friends and family because they were professional, kind and honest. This is a company that I would recommend to my clients and friends. Efficient, courteous reasonable. When you look for a plumber, it's usually an emergency. They were there when I needed them.

In the future, if I experience any problems with my sewer main, and if Chris, and Paul still work for Aqua Doctor, I will definitely use Aqua Doctor as my number 1 go to service provider. Paul came out and put the camera into the main and quickly located where my sewer was blocked. And since I had just paid another plumber $7041 to lay new sewer lines on 8 January 2020 to unblock my main, Paul professionally advised me how to handle the situation. Additionally, Paul validated a problem that the 8 January 2020 plumber said existed from work done by my first plumber who charged me $10,800 four or five years ago. Everything I was told by Aqua Doctor was true, correct, visually confirmed, and very professionally explained. And to make certain I got my mains opened and the 8 January 2020 fix confirmed, I was trained on what should have been done by any licensed plumber, and I was given a really fair estimate of how much the work would cost if the original plumbers balked at correcting what they didn't do right the first time. Most importantly, Aqua Doctor was only there to help me. I had to insist upon paying them for the work they did for me because Chris heard, and Paul saw my problems and neither of them were intending to charge me anything. I trust Aqua Doctor and I certainly will use them to help me if any future need arises. They were top notched, there to help, ready and flexible in scheduling my appointment, and not willing to rip me off like the other two plumbers I used. Kudos to Aqua Doctor. To me, they're the best!

The men stay as long as it takes to find the problem. they will travel to find parts for older pipes, I wasn't charge extra. I would certainly hire them again again.
