+ -1 moreWe called at 1:44pm, she said she would get in touch with the tech and he would call us, it might be a bit if he had the machine going and didn't hear his phone. 2:19pm, she said he would call as soon as he looked at his phone, she guaranteed they would get to us that day. 3:53pm, she did not answer, left message that we just needed an idea when they would arrive. We had the mess cleaned up, but the water was off and all tenants were without water and sewer. 4:56pm, she did not answer, left message to please call and give us an idea so we could stop sitting around at the building waiting for them and also let tenants know when they would have services back. They never showed up and never returned calls.
Description of Work: We had a main sewer back up into a toilet and bathtub at one of our rental properties. We needed the sewer cleaned.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual and unclogged the drain. They DID NOT clean up after themselves. I came home to sewer water a refuse all over my basement. It was sprayed on the wall. I had to scrub it with bleach to get it clean.
