Description of Work: The service started out strong but gradually dropped to average as the four months continued. The reason I finally chose to discontinue service was when the owner failed to put us on the schedule for the usual three week cleaning and then told me it was because I received services every four weeks. I reminded her every four weeks was never an option that was offered. I suggested she look at my account to see there was a payment every three weeks--not every four. Combined with my slowly growing dissatisfaction with the work, how this problem was handled ultimately caused me to choose not to continue to employ this company.
