Description of Work: Called for a quote on a Thursday and never heard back (it is now Tuesday) ...business must be good and they can't take on anymore work at this time.

Description of Work: Joe replaced the bathtub and ceramic wall tile in our main bathroom. Joe started the project on the date promised and completed it in a timely fashion. He kept us informed about his progress and any changes to the initial plan.

Description of Work: Laid floor in my office, painted, built new desk. I will hire Joe for any future work that I need. He is very professional, honest, and prompt. I had clear communication through the entire process. No surprises!

Description of Work: We have not had the work done YET.... however we are so very impressed with Joe. He came out promptly for our appointment, was quick to give a quote virbly and by e-mail.... Offered helpful suggestions for anything that we wanted to complete our selves as we like to do what ever we can ourselves. Right now we have to wait to do the project that he quoted on but will indeed call him a.s.a.p... We would very much recommend him to anyone needing work done. He's very knowledgable. Thanks Joe. Description of Work: Joe was great. We hired him to finish out a bathroom that was roughed in last winter. He did a great job finishing the bathroom so when we needed some finish work done in our basement, we called him back to do that project as well. Joe was helpful, reasonably priced and worked with what our vision was. We would call Joe to bid on other projects if we have work done in the future.

Description of Work: We had Joe out to quote a few updates around our home we were looking to do. Joe was prompt, professional and not only took down our quote requests he asked questions to ensure understanding and gave recommendations. I loved that he worked beyond an order taker. He really gave us things to think about and consider and in some cases it was to help us save money but not quality. We loved that! The first on our list was to replace existing carpet and vinyl with tile or hardwood flooring for our entire 1st floor. He was so competitively priced and could tell quality was important to him. We were torn between tile vs. hardwood and he even took the time to meet us at a home he had done in the past to show us the quality of his installed, sanded, stained and finished hardwood install. Excellent experience!! In the end did not use Joe for this job due to family friend install but will be calling Joe in the future for our next need. Honest, friendly and fair...great handyman!
