They do a consistently good job. We have them for all seasons. They do a wonderful job! I've called to tell Kathy in the office what a great job that they've been doing.

Called 4 times and left messages - never received a response. Not a call back, nothing.

2013-14 Winter has been snowier than usual; with one of us pregnant, shoveling was becoming more difficult for just one person. I called this company early on the same day, and by the time I was home from work the service was done. It's made a big difference, and I appreciated the responsiveness and quality of the job done.

They have been good. The same head lead person comes out every time and I like him. I've always been satisfied and he's totally reliable. He does what he says is going to happen. The lawn service is not that big of a deal, but when I need the bushes trimmed I tell him and he makes sure that it gets done. If they miss one he knows right away and is very apologetic. He comes back and gets it done within a day or two time as opposed to some tree services that we've used where we don't get any type of response.

Very unsatisfied with this business. I called and spoke with the owner, Chuck, in early July for some patio work. He came out and was very pleasant, took his time explaining and suggesting what would be done on our patio, and provided me with a verbal quote. I told him I would call him in a few days letting him know whether or not we would proceed with the work. Two days later I called and had to leave a message. I indicated I wanted to go forward with the work and asked them to call me back to confirm they received my message and let me know when they could begin the work. Several days went by with no return phone call. I called again and left another message. Again, no return phone call. I called a third time and reached Chuck who told me they could begin work the following week (he never mentioned receiving my calls). By Wednesday of the week they were supposed to come out and begin work, I had not heard anything. I called to let them know Thursday we would be out of town but Friday would be fine if they cameout. Again, no return call. I called Friday and actually got a hold of Chuck who said he was adding my name to the work schedule for the following Monday and Tuesday. Big surprise, Monday and Tuesday came with no one showing up. I called Wednesday and a woman answered the phone. She said she would leave a message for Chuck. She indicated she did not handle the work schedule so could not help me. Chuck never called me back. By this point, I’m very irritated. Who runs a company in this manner? I called Thursday of that same week and spoke with Justin, Chuck's son and apparent partner. I explained the whole situation to him and he seemed very sympathetic and apologetic. He told me he would be taking over the work order and would have a crew out that same afternoon. I expressed my concern that my quote would not be honored since I had only received a verbal quote from Chuck. He told me he would have someone come out who provides quotes to verify the figures. I shared with him that I would be very upset if a new quote was given to me that was much higher than what was originally quoted by Chuck. I was assured not to worry. A crew would be coming out that same day. Of course, no crew ever showed up and no phone call from Justin. Unbelievable! Would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from CT Veach! This is probably the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. Save yourself a big headache.

We liked him very much. He is very good. He is very personable and friendly and he got the job done right at a fair price.

Having had no prior experience landscaping a yard, we're very pleased we chose CT Veach. Justin helped provide a clear layout and colored proposal of what his vision was for our front brick wall redesign, removal of old plants, and layout of new landscaping. He listened to what we envisioned and laid out everything. We trusted he and his crew would make sense of the landscape, and we were not disappointed. The CT Veach team was professional, kept a cleaned working space, and answered questions we had along the way. We feel confident in using them again as we hope to do a brick walkway /front step redesign. We also feel confident in referring CT Veach to others as we will continue to use them for our lawn fertilizer program. Overall, completely satisfied with the work done for the cost involved.

Quality looks good, I don't have huge gaps between my sod anymore. They did the work very quality and efficiently, I am pleased with the result. They were in and out in about 4 hours and took care not to track dirt onto my driveway, would recommend to others!

Initial meeting went well. However, once the contract was signed and the install was completed things seemed to go downhill. We had gutter extenders, which were missing after the job was completed. The employee stated they're at the shop and I'll bring them back. 3 weeks went by and still never received our gutter extenders - so I called again to which the employee stated we don't have them - we never took them, you're neighbor probably stole them. My neighbors have all of their gutters buried - why would they steal my gutter extenders? I requested a partial refund b/c I had just purchased these - which he agreed and gave me $100 back. We paid for a landscape design, which we were able to look at, but the employee kept, and quot;forgettingand quot; to bring to us. After requesting this for about 2 months we gave up, called and said we want a refund for the design - which fortunately we did receive. One of our shrubs died fairly quickly and we made numerous attempts to contact the employee but our calls were never answered or returned. The way they bury the gutters could be better. Gutters were cut and where they drain there is a box with a vented cover, causing a lot of water to splash rather than drain, which in turn erodes the mulch and top soil. Overall the majority of my plants, shrubs, bushes, trees, etc.. are doing well. The complete lack of follow up, ignored phone calls, accusatory remarks regarding the neighbors stealing my gutter extenders, no accountability, me having to keep calling to get something taken care of when they said they would take care of it, and price is why I rated this place a 'C'.

Very satisfied with final job?

Three companies provided quotes for delivering and installing approximately 9 cubic yards of the dark hardwood mulch required by the Sun City Association. Estimates ranged from $600 to $900 for the same work. C.T.Veach provided the $600 quote. We had not used their services previously, but see their trucks in the area several times each week and felt that if we see them that frequently they must be providing at least satisfactory service. They promised delivery within a few days of giving them our order, but we had to delay the delivery since weather had delayed the planting of some trees. Once we gave them the go-ahead they promptly completed the work. It appears that we received the promised 2-3 inches of mulch in all the plant beds. The work was completed with no damage to the lawn or any plant material and looks great. The workers were friendly, thorough and competent.

Mr. Veach responded to my request for quote for some landscaping and deck construction. He was prompt in arriving for the estimate, but a yer later I have yet to receive a bid. I did call twice within two weeks of his visit and was told we would get the quote within a couple of days. His verbal quote was reasonable and his company has been and still is providing my lawncare, but his lack of responsiveness on this project (about $4000 spend with other contractors) lost him the work.

I spent about $600 on the job. They did everything for me, such as, the feeding, the hedging, the cutting, and the trimming. They were recommended to me before I moved into my place. I never met the owner. The reason why I stopped using them was because I was not satisfied at the end with the weeds. I was okay with them for the first few years, but there were too many weeds towards the end. So, I moved to somebody else. They weren’t looking at things to my satisfaction anymore. They were always punctual, though. I will not use them again in the future.

They are dependable and trustworthy.
