Steve is a true professional. My job was scheduled promptly and completed as promised. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with his work and even rewired a switch that he noticed didn't work efficiently. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call Steve for any future electrical work I might have.

We had a previous electric review and estimate and wanted a second opinion. Steve responded with a quote the night I called and his estimate was less than half the cost of what we were originally quoted. I was afraid something may have been lost in translation since I don't know the electrical terminology well and his quote was so much lower, so I had Steve come out and verify we were on the same page. When he came out, the original quote he had given us was accurate and we had him start that day. It would have been easy for anyone to have charged more knowing that we had a quote much higher, but Steve proved his trustworthiness when he stuck to the original amount. We were amazed at how fast Steve was able to knock through the items. His work was fast and accurate. We couldn't be happier! He was polite, professional and very helpful. We could tell that he was very knowledgeable about his profession. We will definitely use Bentz Electric for future electrical needs and I have already recommended him to my parents and a coworker.

Great experience! Steve asked enough questions over the phone to guess the problem and made an extra stop before he arrived to pick up the correct part in case it needed replacing. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He fixed our problems quickly but with thorough testing, and emailed our invoice the same day. We will definitely be calling Steve again for future work.

We scheduled the work, he arrived when he said he would and he went to work. He was very professional and business like, but also friendly. Installation looks very professional and works well. I did not have the heater when he came so he came back a few days later after it arrived and installed ti. Great work and great experience.

I called this company because they were the most highly rated provider in my area. I wanted to get quotes on electrical work, repair a light that has been flicking off and on for 5 years, and install a ceiling fan. The problematic light was just the bulb. Yes, we called an electrician just to tell us that the bulb was bad. LOL He was very honest in that he could have taken the fixture down, done a few things and charged us a fortune BUT HE DID NOT! THANK YOU STEVE! Steve explained to me why bulb was the problem. He also put together a ceiling fan and installed it in the master bedroom. The cost includes the labor for the fan and the dimmer switch. Once installed he showed me how it works and we talked about some future projects I want done. He was prompt, honest, and explained everything in great detail which I appreciate. He provided recommendations based on his professional experience. I will be hiring his company again for more work including wiring my basement, adding lights in the bedrooms, and additional lights in the garage.

Steve Bentz was excellent. He was very good from start to finish. He showed up on time and carefully took notes as to all of our needs. Made great suggestions on how to solve some of our electrical issues. His proposal was very detailed itemizing each job to be done. He worked efficently and communicated well as the project progressed. He cleaned up all his work after each day.

Steve showed up the day after I placed the call with him, just like he promised. He took care of restoring the power, corrected the wiring on the outlets, and properly wired the ballast for the light fixture. He brought all the right tools and went right to work.

It was a great experience! Steve was on time and very professional. He was actually able to come the day after I called which was so great. This is the second time I have used Bentz Electric. I had a oven vent over my stove and I wanted it replaced with a microwave. The oven vent was hard wired into the house and the microwave used a receptacle. Bentz Electric came in and completed the job. I wouldn't have know he was there if it wasn't for the microwave over my stove. He left the area very clean. Steve also put in a new thermostat for me. He came and did that the next day as I didn't have the thermostat the previous day. I was happy that he could do that as my parents were visiting me that weekend. Let me just say that the Customer Service is outstanding. The thermostat stop working over the weekend due to the fact that I had old batteries ( I didn't know that was the problem). I emailed Steve on Sunday night and he came over early Monday morning with new batteries and fixed the problem. I will use Bentz Electric in the future, in fact they are going to add lighting and more outlets in my garage.

Provider met to review the scope of work the same day he was contacted. He set a date to come back and do the work. He arrive right on time at the specified date with all the equipment he needed to complete the job. He went to work without delay and completed the job without any extras. He was very polite and friendly. He cleaned up after himself very well.

Steve Bentz is a great guy to work with. He not only does the job quickly and efficiently, but he is also pleasant to be around. What I really like about Steve is that he makes suggestions on additional improvements that can/should be made even not in the category of electrical. He is quick to point out potential safety hazards and has helped me to prioritize projects in order of necessity. I really appreciate his concern for me as his customer and as a homeowner. He is very skilled and professional and I would recommend and use again! The cost listed above was over the course of several months and for several jobs.

I called Steve and we talked about what I want. He was able to give me a quote over the phone. We scheduled a time for the work to be completed. Steve was on time and all the work was completed that day. Everything was cleaned up and I didn't even know that he was there except that I now had three new ceiling fans. He did have on suggestion, and that was to put in light switches that could control the fan speed. this was a wonderful idea as I am short and didn't like the idea of climbing a chair to change the fan speed. Steve came back the next day and put in the switches. I would use Bentz Electrical again for any electrical issues. Steve was great!

Scheduling was easy. Steve was prompt, professional and an all-around nice guy. The work was done in a professional and timely manner. We will have him back when we purchase some replacement fixtures that will need to be hung. We expect to have other work done in the near future.

It was okay. My wife had a couple of issues as far as scheduling but it was okay. My wife had more interaction with the person who came but I would probably say that the attention to details and there were specific things that should have been done including a part that he did not replace. He thought it was a minor thing but I think it should have been done. He did do the other stuff.

Overall, it went well but these were complex jobs with some roadblocks and unknowns that are best handled by a professional, experienced electrician like Steve rather than a general renovator type or handy man who does electrical. When there are issues, you want an electrician and you get what you pay for. Steve has the industry contacts and suppliers who work with him to answer questions and solve problems with challenging jobs (in our case, mixing LED and Halogen lamps in the same circuitry). That back and forth feedback educates everyone and benefits the consumer. Steve is a friendly, nice guy who is easy to work with. He does his best to make things right. He's very punctual and communicative even with email and phone. The only advice I would give those using Steve is to clearly communicate how you want things done (and to stay on top of the project) especially if the finer points of a job are important to you and you are particular. Otherwise, Steve will make the decision on his own that might or might not be to your liking if you are particular. This is not a criticism. Just a smart consumer heads-up for any type of work done in and around your home.

It was very good. He came on time and did a good job. Everything was fine. The thing that stood out was that he was just very professional. I will tell other people that he just did a good job and cleaned everything up. It was a good service.

Steven answered the call on a weekend! Gave me a price over the phone and we settled on an approximate date. I has to move the date out 2 days and Bentz accommodated. They showed up with everything they needed and got the job done quickly and exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend.

The whole process went very smoothly. He sent an estimate before beginning the job. There were no surprise costs at the end of the job. Steve and his assistant arrive on time and worked many hours to complete the tasks. When the job was done, the areas worked on were cleaned up beautifully. I was extremely pleased with the workmanship. Steve came back the following week to replace a fan/light control that shorted. He was easy to contact and very responsive to my requests I would definitely use this company again.

Steve Bentz worked quickly and efficiently. He and his business partner worked together to solve some of the challenges that came up. One of the Ceiling Fans that I had purchased did not fit, and so they met me at the Home Depot nearby, and helped me select a different Ceiling Fan that did fit. The Attic Fan was installed with his business partner, who is also a roofer. This was important because one of my concerns with putting an attic fan in the roof, was proper sealing with no leaks. The bathroom fan was vented to the attic instead of the outside, and so they went and purchased a bathroom fan and installed it, even though that was not part of the original plan. Throughout the process, Steve was professional and extremely helpful. The job that was completed, exceeded my expectations. I will highly recommend him to others.
