Garage door wouldn't open on Thursday 1/31/13. Found ASAP on Angie's list and gave them a call at about 7:30 in the morning. They were able to get someone out to look at it between 10 and 12--they came at 10. Took a look, determined it was a worn gear; told me my options were to replace the gear assy for $175 (with an indeterminate lifespan as my garage door opener was already 17 years old) or to replace the garage door opener entirely for $319. I selected to replace; they scheduled an appt for Monday 2/4 between 8 and 10. Adjusted the load bearing on the existing gear so that the door would open (said it was a temporary fix but would allow me to park in my garage till my appt. on Monday). Monday 2/4 showed up at 8:30, said it would be an hour and a half install, and was done at 10. New garage door opener is now installed and working perfectly!

ASAP answered my phone call in person, and their serviceman came the next day. We agreed on a reasonable price for three new garage doors and one new opener along with safety devices for all three doors.. The doors were ordered and arrived within two weeks. The doors were installed two days after They came in. The installers were on time, experienced, friendly and fast workers. They finished in less than one day. They answered all of our questionns and helped us program the door openers in our vehicles. There were no extra charges. Everything was done in accordance with the contract.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Friday night, so we had to leave our cars outdoors all weekend. We called ASAP Garage Door Repair about 7:15 a.m. the next Monday because he opened earlier than another company. He said he could be out that afternoon. He was prompt, friendly, courteous, and only took about a half hour to complete the work. We were very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to call him again.

Both garage doors were given a complete tune-up including tightening all nuts and bolts, adjusting the tension springs and lubricating the springs and rollers. When the work was finished the technician proceeded to advise me that there was still noise, probably due to the worn openers, but they were better. He proceeded to demonstrate one door and as the door was raised the spring snapped. Now I had to replace both springs on that door, increasing my repair bill from $84 to $194. Additionally,he work done was very sloppy, with oil dripping from the rails and springs, spotting up my garage floor and dripping on my Mercedes and down my wood doors. I also noticed a note that appeared at the top of my carbon copy receipt that said "Nobody Watching". I am really not certain why that note ws there and intended not to be seen by its location. Leaves me a bit suspicious after the broken spring. Based on this experience I would not reccommend this company nor use them in the future.

ASAP Garage Door Repair was super fast and very reasonably priced. I give them an 'A' across the board and would definitely use them again in the future.

After visiting the showroom, the sales manager brought out several sample panels to our home so we could make our final decision. I was particular as to the perfect color to compliment our home, and he was very, very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. When the door was installed, there were 2 very faint scratches on a couple of panels which the intsallers immediately noticed. A call was made on thed spot to order new panels and they were delivered the following week in perfect condition and the job was finalized. We probably could have overlooked the scratches as they were hardly detectable, but they took enough pride in their work and product to call in for replacements without hesitation. The installation was neat and everything went well. A great job and a beautiful door which truly enhanced our curb appeal.

The work was done in about 5 hours or so. Allot of attention to detail. Workers were pleasant and eager to answer questions. Very happy with the service I received . Pricing was lower by about $120 from a competing company.

ASAP workers came in and fixed the door within an hour. However later that day I had an issue with the door again and had to ask them to come back. They came back no questions asked reset the tracks where were installed too far apart, which caused the wheels to come off the track. I asked if I owed them anything else and I was told that I had 1 year warranty for their work and therefore did not owe them anything. The two guys that come out were very friendly and explained everything in details as to what was wrong with the door and what they were doing to fix it. They were very friendly and pleasure to deal with. The person on the phone that I made a call to have them come out again was very friendly and even told me that if there is a serious issue with the door during the weekend to call him direct and he will have someone out even though it was not a business day. Will definitely use them again.

Helpful from the decision on which door to select, prompt and excellent installation as promised. Would recommend them to anyone that needs either garage door repairs or replacement.

One of my rental properties had garage door issues. I called ASAP at 3pm and they had a guy out by 4pm. I was not in the area so I was not involved. The tech did the work, called my phone and I gave him payment information. The process could not have been easier. I completely recommend ASAP for Garage Door repairs.

They also gave me an estimate on other things, so the guy was pretty thorough. The guy gave me an estimate unlike others so he was pretty thorough. Their price was pretty good. I called and they gave me an appointment within a week and told me exactly what time they'll be here. They got here at that same time so they were prompt. I'll go back to them if I needed an opener or something.

I was satisfied with the experience and would use them again if needed.

One of my two torsion springs broke so garage door wouldn't open. These were the original springs from when the house was built so were 18 yr old. Picked ASAP from Angies list since they had good (although few) ratings and were pretty local. Called on Wed morning, phone staff was friendly and professional. I asked for price for replacing both springs even though only one was broken, the guy said that would be their recommendation also. Price quoted was $179 total. Was offered a time slot that day, but opted for 7-8am window on the next morning. Their truck arrived at about 7:20am. Job was completed by 8am. Repair guy also readjusted the opener tension and cleaned/lubed cabling. I asked for advice on track and roller maintenance and he told me what to use (and not to use)... WD40 on the tracks and rollers (no grease); 30w oil on the door hinge points. Final price was exactly $179 as originally quoted. Very satisfied.

ASAP was able to come out on the day that our garage door springs broke. The gentleman that arrived was friendly and considerate of my home. He replaced the springs quickly and answered questions I had about maintaining my garage door opener. He took time to walk me through the maintenance I should perform as well as discuss with me what to consider when purchasing a new door.

One of our garage door springs had broken, making it nearly impossible to open the door. We called ASAP to make an appointment for repairs. They arrived promptly at the appointed time and performed the job in good time. The job was done professionally. They also lubricated the door. We were pleased with the entire job.

It went extremely well. Originally, they were hired to replaced the gear of the garage door opener. I asked them how much does it cost to replace the garage door opener and they told me it would be $359.00. They had all the parts in the truck so they were able to complete the task. Very professional and highly recommend!

Installation went smoothly and the door is operating great, it does a good job of keeping my garage warm.

My garage door opener would not stop and my garage door started to buckle. I called A.S.A.P. Garage door repair. They came out the same day and repaired the garage door opener. The repair man was very quick and professional. I will definitely refer them to friends and neighbors.

I felt comfortable and safe with them. They were very professional.

Excellent installation as all the parts fit perfectly. The only drawback was I found a few screws from the old installation that could have caused a flat tire had I pulled the car into the garage without first checking for debris.
