Hired for water damage cleanup. Initial response very good, Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Work was done well. Customer service afterward was poor, we could not reach them for several days, and upon finally receiving the invoice we were grossly overcharged. Charged for work not done, and charged incorrectly for nearly everything else (discrepancy in measurements). After much back forth, Andy did work with us to resolve the invoice, but the overall experience left a very bad taste in our mouths. We had planned to do repair with them, but quickly reconsidered. I would not recommend.
