I was referred to Alliance by another reliable contractor whom I work with for installation of a drain tile and sump pump. The Alliance employee to whom I was referred to was Jose. Jose and team were outstanding. They had extremely difficult working conditions to contend with in terms of working area. The had to jackhammer underneath a stairwell, maneuver around water pipes, electrical conduit and support beams. I was thoroughly impressed by how quick and yet thorough they were in completing the job. They honored every commitment they made in terms of arrival time and the time it would take to complete the work, they worked very hard and they were professional. They performed the work over a year ago and I have not had any problems since. My only small criticism is that it took several phone calls with owner, Greg, before I was able to get on their schedule. This, however, was perfectly understandable as the work occurred during a period of extremely heavy rain storms and I am certain they were very busy at the time. I would enthusiastically recommend Alliance to anyone in need to drain tile / sump pump work and I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to them for the outstanding work that they performed.

The work went well. I thought their crew was very trustworthy and thorough. I was happy with the work and the crew.

They did a good job. Everything went smoothly and was resolved in a timely manner.

We needed a new foundation, and we could not use him. He was professional, honest, and giving.

These guys are better than great. A++ We had a small water leak into our finished basement, and before we knew it we had mold growth. I wanted to get it removed ASAP, so I called a number of local mold remediation experts. Alliance was the only one to stop by for an estimate the same day I called. To be fair, one place I called on Sunday and they showed the next day, but the other companies couldn't make it the same day. Terry, who provided the estimate, was incredibly helpful. He was the only one to suspect a foundation crack, and walked the perimeter of my house and found a possible culprit. (He also gave me some pointers on raising & sloping the ground around my house.) Alliance was the only one to put fixing a foundation crack into the estimate. Their estimate was also very competitive. The owner Greg is also very responsive to email. They performed the remediation work, fixing not one, but two foundation cracks. And also removing all the affected building materiel (basically the drywall up 2 feet and any rotted wood), cleaning, and applying a mold protection paint. A HEPA air filter ran for two days scrubbing the air in the sealed room. Terry was also there to oversee the work. They recommended a mold testing/environmental expert, which I also used. Unfortunately, the mold test came back "elevated". Alliance came back and removed another 2 feet of drywall/clean/paint/HEPA filter FOR NO CHARGE. They also paid half my re-mold test fee(!), which came back fine. Full disclosure - Alliance recommended I use the environmental expert before they started work to assess the problem and recommend the remediation work Alliance should perform. I decided against this because 1) I didn't want to wait the extra days this would take, and 2) was being cheap and didn't want to pay the environmental expert twice (pre-test & post-test). So in all likelihood, it was partly my fault Alliance needed to come back and do the rework. Would definitely use Alliance again (not hoping I will need to), and recommend them to others.

They came and looked at what was needed to be done, and then I never heard from them again. No quote no email or phone call saying they were too busy no response at all.

They were great. Their price was lower than the quote. They were very professional, on time and got the job done. They did really good. They got it done in less than the amount of time they said they would. It went very smoothly. They let me know all the steps that were going on. I liked their demeanor. They were really professional and they called me when they were on their way. I would use them again in the future.

Upon a home inspection with the sale of our home it was discovered that we had mold in two attics. I had several companies come out (one guy did not even bring a ladder) and identify what needed to be done as well as the cost. I had ranges of $1800- $6500. I was very pleased with Alliance and their asitance because they knew that they were only bidding on the project because we were hoping to give the buyers a credit for the work. Ultimately, I hired a mitagator to analyze our mold issues and come up with a plan. The Professional mitiagtor had actually had work done at his own home by Alliance. The mitiagtor was very pleased and in agreement with the plan Alliance had come up with. The buyers did want another estimate by a company of their choice and I we had them come out. His cost was higher and he kept cutting it to be in line with Alliance just to be competitive. Our buyers did take the credit and I know that after they spoke with the various companies as well as the mitigator that they chose to have Alliance Restoration do the work.. (That is who I would have used no questions asked - even our architect said he knew them and they were the guys to use.) They did the work at our former home last week (3/4/11).

I noticed spotting on the underside of the roof sheathing in my attic and contacted a mold inspector to assess the problem and damage. The inspector provided a remediation and the names of several remediation service providers. After researching companies on Angie's List I decided to contact Greg Bowen at Alliance Restoration. Alliance came to my house the next day to gather information needed to provide an estimate and followed up with a written definition of the work to be performed and estimated costs within 24 hours. I contacted Greg a couple of times with questions about the estimate and found him easy to reach and eager to respond each time I called. His professionalism gave me confidence to contract with Alliance to perform the work. Alliance workers arrived on the scheduled day on time and performed specified work within their projected time frame. They were very careful to establish appropriate protective barriers and corrected placement of attic baffolds so they were aligned properly with eaves vents. They also cleaned spotting and sealed sheathing per the remediation plan. The follow up inspection confirmed Alliance performed work per plan and the inspector commented on the high quality of the work they performed. Alliance also added blown-in insulation to the attic and made sure eaves and baffolds remained clear to promote proper air circulation to prevent moisture condensation in attic. Overall I was very happy with the professionalism and quality of the services provided by Alliance Restoration and would not hesitate to use them again.

We have had a lot of work done via Angie's list but Alliance by far is the best company we have worked with from star to finish. Paul and Greg were very responsive over the phone and provided accurate detail and were patient with each question I had. Jose came out to do the work and was extremely courteous and worked extremely hard. He was very meticulous with his work and did an outstanding job. The work took two full days on consecutive Fridays (as stated). We will need air duct cleaning in the summer and I will not hesitate to contact Alliance.

I spent $2952 on that work. They were very good. There has not been a recurrence of mold and I did have a mold inspector come in and confirm that there was no mold. Their estimate was good and lower than other companies. When they were taking the equipment out, they did make a crack in my basement wall, but that was partly my fault. They were prompt and reliable and cleaned up after themselves. They did not try to cheat me and charge me for unnecessary things. I would recommend them to other members. They were very good to work with and their correspondence and communication was very good and I felt like I was not being taken for a ride.

They were very neat and clean. They did the job they were supposed to do at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them. I thought they were the best. The job was excellent.

Greg was extremely proffesional, punctual and responsive. He returned my call within minutes and scheduled at my earliest availability. He was on time and gave a very fair quote. When I later asked for a quote on additional services he was quick to get back to me on new years eve. In the end the sellers of the home chose a cheaper quote but I would have gladly hire them for the job.

We made an offer on a house that was found to have mold in the attic during the home inspection. We worked with Alliance Restoration to have the remediation work performed the day after we took possession of the house. We found them to be very responsive and willing to take the time to explain what they were planning to do. They cleaned up after they were complete and you would have never known they were there. We appreciate the good work they did and if we ever need their services again we would not hesitate to call them.

I had one of the best experiences with Alliance you could have. We were dealing with a touchy real estate situation and Greg couldnt have been more helpful. He was knowledgable, professional and extremely responsive. We needed the mold situation to be resolved very quickly and Greg made it happen. Alliance was such a joy to work with. I am a pretty particular customer with very high expectations and they were all not only met but exceeded. I would highly recommend Alliance.

I contacted Alliance regarding a fairly substantial water remediation issue. After being unable to reach them at the phone number provided on their company's website (the number appeared as busy each time I called, a total of about seven times over the course of four business hours on one day, busy twice the previous day within an hour span), I emailed the company. I received a very short response email a day or two later from Greg Bowen stating that he would call me the following morning to discuss the options. He never called. I'm somewhat shocked that a company wouldn't be more interested in a project that will undoubtedly be thousands of dollars, if not closer to ten thousand. To be fair, Alliance may be very good at what they do --- if you can get them to respond. Personally, I'd rather give my money to those who are prompt in responding, or at least those who explain when they will respond and the reason for a delay.

Of the several mold removal businesses I contacted, Alliance was the only one where someone (Greg) told me that before contracting to have mold removed, I should hire a "mold inspector" to examine and test both the mold (which was visible) and the air, thus insuring an objective evaluation of the problem. I did this, and then, after getting two other estimates, hired Alliance to do the job. The crew was on time, efficient, and courteous. Greg's partner explained the process to me before they started, and he checked the outside of my house to discuss other changes I might make--landscaping, gutter-improvement--to prevent future water damage from seepage into the basement. He did not try to steer me toward any specific business, so I didn't get the feeling he was just making a sales pitch on behalf of a friend. I have discussed his recommendations with people knowledgeable enough to verify that they make sense. The mold removal was a huge, noisy job. In the bathroom, a shower surround was removed to treat the drywall behind it, and all furniture, etc., in the contaminated are was covered and sealed under tarps. My biggest fear was that when it was over I would find my basement (formerly finished and pretty attractive) in a hideous state ot chaos. I'm happy to report that it doesn't look bad at all; the drywall was cut away but covered with a white anti-mold substance that happens to look like paint. Alliance cleaned up all the mess. Throughout the process and during the 2 days after it was over, while the HEPA air scrubbers continued to run, cleaning the air, I made a few phone calls to Greg with questions about whether I could safely go downstairs, when the filters would be removed, etc. He always responded immediately and reasonably. I wouldn't wish mold on anyone, but if it happens, I'd recommend this company.

Greg and his team did a fantastic job for the mold remediation in our basement. We bought a bank owned house and the basement has been flooded. Greg is honest and professional, They did a great job on applying mold treatment material on stubs, and also they clean the entire basement. The team is also very responsible, we left the entire house to them. We are so satisfied with their work and definitely will recommend them.

The company removed the mold in the attic and then installed an air purifier which continued to work throughout the weekend. They removed the equipment and cleaned up afterwords. They also recommended work that should be done to prevent the mold from returning and gave us a company that would do that.

The experience was great. Greg and his team were very responsive to questions and their expertise was excellent. We did have to wait for the mold remediation to be done, but that was due to the weather being too cold, not due to anything on the part of Alliance. Since we were very happy with the job they did on the remediation, we hired them again for insulation and duct cleaning. Again, everything went just as we expected (smoothly) and their work was excellent.

This Company is being HIGHLY rated for "going the extra mile" to help us perform all of the Mold Remediation steps necessary to pass the final Testing as the Buyers were requiring quickly. During our recent home sale we had a highly desirable "30 day/nothing to sell" contract. The Buyer's Inspector found mold in our 2nd floor attic which was serious enough to require us to bring in several professionals to correct/write plans/remediate/post test, etc. We had only a short time to follow all of the required steps and Alliance helped us by rearranging schedules, making plans after hours+weekends, etc., to help us finish everything before the closing date. We had no experience with this issue before and we appreciated how they helped us understand and perform everything that was required to insure the problem was solved. We appreciated their integrity and helpfulness in this stressful situation.

The workers from Alliance arrived on time and provided us with a detailed explaination of what they planned to do and the length of time it would take to complete the job. They first put down a plastic covering over all of our carpet where they would be walking. As a matter of fact, when they entered our home, all of the workers put on protective covers on their shoes so they would not soil our carpet. They then proceeded to the attic area, sealed it off and went to work removing the mold. They then sprayed the attic to kill any mold and then put on a spray covering to ensure the mold would not return. They finished the job a little earlier than planned due to the cooler weather and performed excellent clean up. They left a fan on for 48 hours after sealing the attic to ensure drying and air movement. They returned right on time to remove the fan. They also provided a 10 year product warranty when they left.

Greg and Jose were phenomenal - they were able to come in and work with our very tight schedule - the work was impecable - they were clean and our basement couldn't have looked better - we feel very comfortable letting our children down in the basement.
