Description of Work: I had mold throughout a closet in which my sump pump was housed. They set up a containment area (heavy-duty plastic) around the closet, set up a negative pressure in that space by exhausting air out a window, and proceeded to remove the drywall inside the closet. It turned out that they had to remove all the drywall, inside and outside the closet. Then they coated the surfaces with some kind of treatment. My guess is it was like Kilz. They removed all the contaminated materials out through the window that was within their containment area, so the rest of the room was not contaminated. They then left the containment area in place and ran a "scrubber" for 48 hours. Basically the scrubber was an air circulation device with a filter that was supposed to remove any remaining mold spores. | |They came when they said they were going to come, they were very professional, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. | |This is the second time we've used them. We used them several years ago for a mold removal project in an attic of a different house, and that one went well too.

Description of Work: Alliance Restoration Inc did some mold remediation work and venting for us on our Cary house late last winter or early spring. The work was done to quoted price. Over all work experience was excellent it was done in a timely manner. Workers were efficent, courtious, professional and did an excellent job of clean up upon completion.
