We liked Sam, he came on time to give us an estimate. We hired him to fix a few things. He not only fixed everything here we had go to our daughters house.we had him install 3outdoor lights. We are retired on a fixed income, we like that he dosen't charge a hourly rate, only the estimate.... $.It's a LITTLE high. He does great job,fixing everything. We will use him as our handyman!
