Affordable Home Repairs

Sam came in and did a great estimate. I decided to hire him for the job UNTIL my air conditioner died. With having to replace such a major item, I let Sam know that I had to put this project on hold until I could save up the money. I will definitely call him back when I can. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions and also could foresee trouble spots.

Sam did a great job. He showed up right on time and started working to reverse the swing on a closet door in a bedroom. He was courteous and cleaned up the area after he was finished. The door looks and functions just as I had hoped. I also like that Sam used all the existing materials (door/trim pieces) so that I didn't have to buy anything. I would undoubtedly hire him again.

Super nice gentlemen, worked very diligently!!! I'd recommend him again. He was hired to caulk my molding and remove wooden storage in my garage. The only thing that he didn't do was fill in the nail holes in the crown and some of the seams. I had to go back over it myself. Other than that, he worked very hard.

Mr. Sam is very perfessional and a perfectionatist. He takes his job very seriously and strives to do a great job. I am very pleased with his work and plan to hire him for future projects.

Sam called me w/in 5 min of submitting my request. My plumbing leaked damaging the ceiling of the condo beneath mine. Sam helped me to improve on my reputation and my relationship w/ my neighbor by providing expedient, efficient, extremely high quality service. His work was outstanding (drywall & painting), & his manner extremely professional. He was always on time and accessible by cell. He was equally quick to respond to voicemail. After experience w/ a few contractors, I know& appreciate just how valuable and excellent Sam is. I will not hesitate to use Sam in the future for home repairs. His prices were affordable & fair.
