Sam was on time for the estimate and the job start time. Even though one part of the lighting fixture was missing from the manufacturer, he made it work and finished in a timely manner. We would certainly consider Sam for future home improvement projects.

Sam Cannella of Affordable Home Repairs, Inc. just finished installing a new range hood for me. He replaced a 30-year old hood, making the necessary adjustments between the old hood and the new one. He arrived right on time, 7:30am and was finished at 1:00pm. He left the area completely clean of debris and ready to use.

Sam called me right away after submitting my request. He was very personable, always on time, very efficient, and does quality work. When the project was complete, he made sure we were satisfied with the work. He also left everything very clean on a daily basis and upon completion!! We hope to have him back for some more work to do!! Very pleased, the doors look great!

Sam called me right away after submitting my request. He came promptly to give me an estimate and his price was very reasonable. He did an outstanding job and left everything very clean. I definitively would recommend him t anyone.

He asked me for wood/lumber that he could use for the project. Ran out of caulk for trim then asked if I could finish the job for him. He returned with the wrong (different) color caulk and used it anyway. When we asked him to redo it, he scraped off the wrong color caulk with a putty knife and put many scratches in the aluminum siding (down to bare metal). Redid it myself and had to buy paint for the siding.
