Description of Work: Yesenia Sanchez the owner of A & Y Expert Tree Service, came out to our house on March 20th 2015 and gave us an estimate to remove a huge 70 year old silver maple from our backyard. We signed a contract with her and got nothing but a run around from the beginning. It turned out that she couldn't even do the job as she send another company over at the end of April to do the job for her. Luckiky, the new company honored her original contract. Stay clearly away from A&Y Expert Tree Service. From what we've learned, she acquired the company from her ex-husband through their divorce and doesn't honor her contracts or have the experience to do the jobs she bids. She is also NOT licensed, bonded or insured! Yesenia claimed she was 100% insured but she wouldn't produce any paperwork to prove otherwise! She is very dishonest and is always late for the appointments. Also the company is out of Woodstock,Il and not Huntley,Il as there paperwork states. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible!
