Very well. He was very professional and did a quick job. My only issue was that didn't rechalk around the top of the fireplace insert. Instead he told my wife that I needed to do it. HUH. $85 for 15 minutes also rubs me a little bit. I do plan on using his services again when the time comes.

I haven't been able to find the exact cost, but it was quite reasonable.

Jerry, the owner, and I played a little phone tag, but once we got connected, he was able to come out within two days. He was right on time, very professional, and did a great job in explaining everything that we was doing and what he saw. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. We talked a bit about inspectors and other chimney sweeps since my husband and I just bought a new house. He was professional in talking about his competitors, which I appreciated. His pricing seemed very fair for the work considering it was both the chimney sweep and cleaning out six buckets of ash and coal out of the ash traps in the basement. I would highly recommend using him.

Jerry was very prompt, professional and courteous. He did a great job at a fair price. I also appreciated that he recommended that the dryer vents be regularly inspected and cleaned. I had Jerry out to clean my chimney and replace a gas starter pipe. He was right on time, professional, and courteous. Jerry explained all that he was going to do. Covered our carpet, cleaned the chimney, cleaned up after himself. He discovered that we had had a chimney fire and explained what had happened. He explained what needed to be repaired and asked that I get at least two other opinions before moving forward with the repairs . Extremely honest and would recommend him to anyone.

I had an issue with a gas fireplace not lighting and it was the day before closing - it needed it repaired quickly. After no luck lighting the pilot light I was given his name and told to go ahead and call and leave a message so he could get back to me right away the next day - to my surprise he answered the phone at 10 pm! We set the appt for the next morning - to my surprise, one of the realtors had already fixed it so Jerry did a quick inspection, only charged me $20 and gave me a written statement of and quot;in good working conditionand quot; for my closing. AWESOME. I would definitely call him again if needed. He handled my and quot;emergencyand quot; turned and quot;non-issueand quot; very well. Very much worth my $20!

They were prompt. They worked quickly, and they got the job done. Not only that, but the guy put up with my request to get his picture with my three granddaughters, shaking hands for good luck! My daughter and I did it, too. Who couldn't use a little extra good luck? We sang the song from Mary Poppins. He knew it, too! The little girls were charmed and enthralled by him, and I was too (with the good service he gave.) They rate an A+ in my book. They will be my 'go to' guys in the future.

They arrived on time...cleaned the chimney cap and chimney, talked with me about the chimney and gave me some advice. They were very professional and friendly.

I called to have a chimney cleaning. He came and performed an inspection and told me my flue was out of line and would need to be fixed. As it was already winter, this would have to be done in the spring. He came back in the spring to take a further look, and discovered that the parts I needed were no longer available. He gave me some information on options such as ventless gas logs.

Great to work with. Explained possible issues and solutions. Didn't try to sell me anything needlessly. I would definitely use Chimney Masters again.

They did a very good job. I spent about $105 for their services. They were punctual. They came out, did their job and didn't try to sell me anything. They gave me an overall report of my chimney. Then they told me about the codes and stuff like that. So, I was very pleased with their work. They were very informative. I would use their services in the future too.
