I ordered the windows in Sept 2022 and was told that it would be about 6 weeks for installation. the widow was finally installed in March 2023. several times i was told my widows were on the next truck. I've had widows specially made for another home and they were made and installed in 5 weeks. these windows were just plaid double plane windows, I will not use this company again. their price was very high and service was horrible.

Craftsmanship of the installation was not quality. The cuts in my siding were not measured correctly.

The original door had been installed when the home was built. We made the decision to replace the entire door after the lock broke. Anyway, the installation was great. The new door is insulated AND has a weather strip around the door. I highly recommend these guys. Pete

We had a storm door and patio door replaced, the workmen were great. They did a fine job. Only one problem was the patio door didn't have rollers (factory mistake?) but Sears found a local door installer that replaced the rollers the next day. The doors look wonderful. We are very pleased. The price is what I expected since we are dealing with Bidenflation, If I could have done it 2 years ago the price would have been lower, but oh well.

For the price we paid, we were disappointed in the defects that were noticed after the installation, debris in the glass pane and one of the decorative grids was not aligned properly.
