Very satisfied with work.

They took down payment and never showed up. They returned the money and still never explained why they did not honor their contract. I always thought Sears was a good company, not so much anymore. Beware of working with them

The contractor showed up on time and the work performed was great.

I originally called for siding, the salesman talked me into getting new windows as well. I agreed. I didnt hear back from them for 2 weeks. In the meantime, they opened opened a line of credit under my name to pay for this, charged me. Then i get a call from the window department said they are ready to install. No word from siding, I told them to hold off until I hear from the siding dept. They had siding dept. call me, they did. Then they told me they cant do the siding because I have asbestos shingles, which was pointed out to the salesman (Denis Ballas). At the time of signing contracts, that was no problem. I told them, the windows was a sidebar to my top priority of getting new siding, therefore just cancel the whole thing. Now they tell me I am responsible for paying $3000 worth of windows if I cancel. I would not recommend to anyone.

They arranged an appointment, gave me no direct number to call back, never gave me a name, failed to show up and never called back.

Overall a nice job. Definitely make sure you get your details down on paper with the salesman. Sometimes the contractor notices things that might have been overlooked by the salesforce. Checks and balances were completed by supervisors, easy to contact for questions.

There were a few rough patches on the first couple of days; a delay getting started (though with the rotten weather, I can't blame them for that!) things that just shouldn't have happened. Gate left open at the end of the day (we have dogs) Big hole left in the wall where an old stove flue had been- and then they left for the day, with torrential rain coming into the house. Pieces of edging not fitted flush. Once pointed out, these were fixed, but I'd have to say- check everything really carefully and do a thorough walk around at the end of each day. If you can do that, and you know what to check for, then they're a good enough company to use.

Frank did great work, and put a lot of time into making sure we were satisfied.

Because of terrible weather in Dec. the job was delayed quite a while. They did everything we asked of them and got it done. There were a few small things they needed to address and fix and they did with no problems. Thanks to they crew for their patients with us. Douglas Family

The roof and siding job is perfect! No more leaks! Plus a warranty. Can't remember the actual contractor but he went above and beyond to do the job. They didn't bring the magnet to retrieve nails from lawn; but 5 stars regardless.

We decided not to have the siding done around the windows so that was not included in the price. The installers did it anyway and let us know this after the work was done. A week after the siding job was done we hired Sears to install a new patio sliding door. During that appointment the same salesman told us we needed to pay another $500+ for the siding around the windows. We did pay it, but don't think we should have been liable as the installers made the choice to do the work without consulting us and it was not on the work order.

The installation is contracted out had ask for all over needed materials then no copy of cost itemized workers showed up later asked ridiculous amount to finish with purchased materials

I had siding and gutters installed, and they look great. They make it very easy on the homeowner, took about 2-1/2 days to complete which is pretty amazing. No complaints!
