I ordered the windows. It took 3 1/2 weeks from the time the windows were ordered and the time they were installed. The contractor was very nice, courteous and did a very professional job.

Initial installers were not professional, didn't have the proper tools to the job, were slow, and unsure as to how to do the job. Contacted Sears to get more professional installers. After 2 different installation crews Sears finally sent out Gary Greenwood to complete the job. He was very professional,knew what needed to be done, kept the jobsite clean and finally got my windows installed. If it were not for him, Sears would be in a world of hurt. Would not reccommend Sears for any further jobs or refer them to friends.

In general, he did a good presentation and seemed honest with the answers. We had a glitch, seemed discouraged and willing to give up too fast. I made the deal work!!!

The man would not give me what I wanted. told me Sears would not let him sell me anything he did not like. Total wast of time. Because of his unprofessional behavior I ask him to leave.

Sears was very nice and on time. They installed our windows in one day! Their clean up was pretty good. I had to pick up some concrete outside each window (small pieces). There is one screen with a small tear that needs to be replaced. They said they'd have it done a few days after the work was complete, but it's been 2 weeks and still no new screen. Overall, I'm very satisfied. It was more expensive than I wanted to spend, but the quality of work and the windows are excellent!

I am extremely happy with the Sear's windows. They are easy to clean, energy efficient, and you cannot beat the replacement guarantee. The windows are costly, but I feel that the efficiency, appearance, and guarantee make them a worthwhile investment if you plan on staying in your home for many years to come.

As of 5/9/05 we have only signed contract, we're waiting on next step. We've been told the process takes about 6 weeks. We'll let you know as we progress or when complete if you prefer.

The installer was great! He knew what he was doing and was wonderful, but our project coordinator was horrible. He was unprofessional. We would be called the day of to have to windows installed and then when we said no, we would be put off for a week. We were not happy with their services and will not use them again.

Since the damage and many people needing to be repaired or serviced since the hurricanes it has been a long time in getting a response to get this project done. I have not heard from any of the contractors but one for bid and still waiting for the insurance to finish claims.
