+ -1 moreED, THE OWNER, WAS A VERY CONVINCING SALESMAN. HOWEVER, MUCH OF THE INFORMATION HE PROVIDED WAS INACCURATE OR BLATANTLY UNTRUE. MOREOVER, THE QUALITY OF WORK HE PERFORMED ON THE SPRINKLER INSTALLATION AND PAVER SEALING WAS SUBSTANDARD. I EVENTUALLY HAD TO REPLACE THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. MOREOVER, I LATER DISCOVERED THAT THE PRICES HE CHARGED WERE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN PRICES CHARGED BY OTHER CONTRACTORS FOR PROJECTS COMPARABLE TO MINE.
Description of Work: INSTALLED AND SEALED BRICK PAVERS, SOD AND BUSHES. INSTALLED SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
