Description of Work: I met this man through a friend who has a boat. He goes out of way for his customers. Over the summer we were on the boat and water just started pouring in and I had no idea what to do as I had my whole family on the boat. I called this guy and he told me exactly what to do to stop the water from coming on the boat. There were valves that cools the engine and I never closed the valve. Had he not answered the phone the boat would have been totaled. Whenever you are in a bind he comes right to you to fix the problem.
