.Work was done promptly and very well. Paint maatch was excellent (Roger had to buy new paint in two different colors). When he finished, he cleaned up so well we could not tell he had been there and all three repair areas looked like new.

When I initially called Original Bros., I spoke to Roger & explained the work that had to be done. Some of my gutters had fallen off my house and had to be reinstalled. Some additional parts were needed to complete the work. My insurance company would drop my policy if the work wasn't completed in a timely manner. Roger was so kind over the phone. He understood my dilemma and said he could go by the house the same day or the next day. Because I wasn't home when Roger came over to do the work, I wasn't able to give him the extra parts I had in the house. Roger then went to the hardware store and bought those part and put the gutters up that day, which was within four days from the day I called him. He also took pictures of the work done and sent a copy of them along with the invoice to the insurance com. and to my personal email account. He even sent me a text to check if I got the email. I would highly recommend Original Bros. to anyone needing work done on their home . Roger gave me a professional job, excellent communication with courtesy and concern & a very reasonable price. Roger always did what he said he was going to do....no surprises... and his positive attitude, frankness, and professionalism are rare among his counterparts. The quality of the work was fantastic and I was totally pleased with the results. Having had Roger do several things for me and having spent some time adding my own labor into the project (which was welcome) I've actually come to know Roger as a friend. He's a good guy on top of everything else.

I highly recommend Roger from Original Bros., and I plan to use his services again. I found his work to be excellent, and I felt very confident in his honesty and fairness. He took very good care of our house, leaving everything in excellent condition.

He promptly arrived on Saturday to review the job. I advised that I had another estimate due the following Monday evening and that I would get back to him on Tuesday. He called my wife on Tuesday morning to somewhat rudely advise he'd taken another job since I hadn't got back to him. I called him twice and left messages on Tuesday on my business trip to try to work out something. He never returned my calls.

The work was done exceeding my expectation. Really nice job. Roger worked very hard and even brought his wife to help sometimes. I appreciate their professionalism. The put paper and cloth over the countertop and carpet to kept my house clean. I asked for an estimate from different contractors. Roger's price is fair and his schedule matches with mine. I am glad I chose him to help me. Let Roger know what you want and he would do better than that!

He was great. Very poliet and nice.

He showed up when promised and completed the work in a professional manner. As far as we can tell, he went ahead and replaced the screening in all four vents instead of just the one that was torn. He told us about some dead birds that were down there (who knows how they got there) and cleaned them up without being asked. Because we forgot to tell him about the crawl space vent when he prepared the estimate, we took a chance and told him to go ahead and fix it without giving us an estimate first. His charges were very reasonable.

Roger worked with master beekeeper David Burns, as part of Midwest Honeybee Removal, to carefully locate and remove two swarms of honey bees that were taking up residence in my house. They carefully took apart the minimum area that they needed to access the bees, vacuumed them out alive (and transferred them to a new home far far away), and then put everything back together again. In the process, I think Roger probably put one section of roof back together better than how he found it. In all, an interesting experience. I'll definitely be giving Roger a call for my next home improvement project.
