Ray's Overhead Doors

I would just like to say that I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism of Ray's Overhead Doors. On a late Saturday night the spring on my garage door broke. I immediately sent a message thru Angie's list to Ray's. Within minutes I received a response. We agreed on a time for the following morning. Ray arrived on time and proceeded to do the repairs. Ray is a courteous and professional repairman who not only replaced the broken springs, but he did some additional maintenance on my garage door. The price I paid for all that Ray did was very fair. I would definitely use Ray again and highly recommend him.

Ray came out and replaced my broken springs within hours of my call. He obviously has done this a lot as he was done really quickly. He was prompt and courteous, and charged less than I thought I was going to pay. After replacing the springs he tuned up the door and replaced some worn rollers and did not charge extra. Highly recommended!

He came over Sunday night at 730pm. He fixed the garage door quickly and serviced it as well. He didn't charge any emergency fees or other fees for coming over on Sunday. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ray called me to tell me that he would be a little delayed, but he was out at around 10:45 am. After about an hour of work (spring repair plus a little maintenance), the garage door was as good as new. I would definitely call Ray again with any garage repairs!!

Rays JR came out. He was very professional. He found the one of my door springs had broken. The replaced bother springs because that is what was recommended. While he was here I had him change the door seal. He changed our the roller because they were old and loud when the door opened. He did that for free because I told him that I found him on Angies List. Great guy great work.

Called Ray at 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday, he made it out by 1:30 p.m., after a few scheduled jobs. No service call charge, even on weekends! Ray was friendly, professional, and thorough. He replaced my steel cables, readjusted my bent track, adjusted and tightened roller brackets and door gaps. Checked and adjust door opener and assured me the opener was in good shape and needed no replacement, even though it was older. Ray is easy going and trustworthy, look no further, just call Ray! Did I mention very reasonable price too!

We called Ray's on Sunday and Ray, Jr. was here the next morning. He replaced the broken spring with a heavy duty spring, which should last 3x as long. It comes with a full three-year warranty. Ray's service was quick, clean, professional and came at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ray's Overhead Doors. Call them! You'll be glad you did.

Excellent service! Very fast response and pleasant to work with. Came out to fix our problem on the same day it occurred. Will definitely contact Ray's in the future for anything related to our garage doors.

Ray showed up 10 minutes early, which was great. He quickly diagnosed my problem and set about fixing it. After the repair was complete, Ray did a complete check up of the entire garage door and door opener. His workmanship and professionalism were outstanding.

Lowest garage door panel needed to be replaced. Did a good job was professional and efficient.

The service was excellent. I called late on a Sunday afternoon as a spring broke that day. The phone was answered after a few rings. Service was scheduled for the next day around 3PM. I was called early afternoon to see if the appt could be completed 1 hour earlier. That worked great with my schedule. The work was performed efficiently. Care was taken to not damage my car that was in the garage.

Called Ray's at 8:15 this morning, repair completed by 1:30 this afternoon. Came out and replaced a couple of rollers and brackets. While here, tightened up all the screws in sight, lubricated everything. Very professional, very responsive small businessman. We're planning on replacing our doors this spring - Ray's Overhead Doors will definitely get a call.

Spring on garage door broke in the morning, I called Ray's Overhead, he had an opening an hour after I called and the job was complete by 1:15 in the afternoon. What else needs to be said - prompt, excellent work, reasonable price and my garage door was out of commission for a total of only three hours!

Very quick and efficient! Ray told me he's been operating Ray's Overhead Doors by himself since his dad retired about 10 years ago. He answers calls himself on his cell phone so he can provide service quickly. He is available 7 days a week and offers emergency service. Ray Jr. is very professional and pleasant to do business with. He is now our go to guy for garage door repair.

Ray came to the house after calling to inform us he would be on his way shortly. His timing was exactly spot on. He arrived and helped remove some decorative trim work that covered the area where the cables and springs of the garage door were hidden from view. He replaced the two cables, rewound the springs for tension, tightened the door opener chain, cleaned and oiled the door hinges, checked the rollers for wear, tightened all the fasteners, looked at the door opener. He was pleasant, very informative and knowledgeable. He explained his work when asked, he provided us with some tips for caring for the garage door during the winters. He also helped to put back the decorative trim that was originally covering the spring and cable system. Really glad I found him and his company. Also glad he uses Angie's. He was well worth it and made a bad luck moment go away quickly.

It's fine, I found a garage door installer I mean not the door but the opener on Angie's list. They were here on the 28th of July 2015. They charged $900. I think he was very reasonable. He was willing to give us a rebate and he wanted to make sure that we got in on the sale that distributor was having in July. I would use them again in future.

Ray's Service was speedy and good. Jr took care of me so I could get on with my day.

He squeezed us in the same day we called giving us a 2 hour window, which he kept. Using my description of the problem he gave us a quote over the phone. When he arrived, he found that our door was an old heavy door and needed to upgrade the springs and that it also needed new bearings. He only charged us $10.00 more over the original estimate to cover the cost of the heavier spring. There was no extra charge for the bearings or the lubrication that he did. The work was performed very well and in a professional manner. We highly recommend him!
