They replaced our two tracks and put all new rollers in plus weather stripping. The work was done quickly and perfectly. I cannot share enough how satisfied we have been with J&J from the first time we dealt with them. They are reliable, prompt, trustworthy, and do excellent work at a very fair price. They also leave the place cleaner than how they found it. They are simply the best!

We found out at 7 pm that our garage door was broken and we could not get our cars out of the garage. We called a couple places that either didn't answer the phone, or said they couldn't come until the next day. We then called this company, and they came out very promptly and fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. Very satisfied. We will call them first next time.

We had John out to our home to give us an estimate on both of our garage doors. He was on time, courteous, and very professional. When it came time to have the work done, Dan arrived early (which was great). He and his partner worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. They were very friendly and professional as well. I would recommend J & J to any and everyone!

Woke up this morning to broken garage door springs. Called J&J Reliable based upon the recommendation of my father-in-law. Called them about 7:30 and was able to immediately schedule and received price quote. Bob showed up on time at 10AM and was done by 11AM. Was very professional and did not up sell me on items that he could have done so such as a noise isolation mount kit.

Called J & J Reliable Doors at 7 this morning when our garage door wouldn't open. They were quick to answer the phone and said they would send someone over about 8:30. Bob, our repair person, arrived on time, quickly saw what was needed and replaced the broken springs and checked everything to make sure the door was operating properly. Bob was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We would definitely call on/recommend J & J Reliable Doors in the future for any garage door problem.

John was prompt coming to my home to give us an estimate. His crew arrived the next Saturday morning promptly as promised. The new door operates so well we don't even hear it opening or closing in the house right next to the garage door. They did the work in a professional manner and we are completed satisfied.
