Their work is impeccable, and anything that isn't quite right is fixed promptly. Our addition was completed in 2011, but they have continued to address any concerns that we have had - although these have been minimal. This year (2015) we are having them remodel our guest bath and will likely be discussing finishing the basement and a remodeled porch as well. We lived in our home while the addition was being built, and they were very professional and courteous at all times, and conscientious of not disturbing our normal household routine as much as possible. We highly recommend them to anyone, large or small project.

Bud, Jake, and Luke were fantastic to work with. Their work was wonderful, they were conscientious and polite as we lived in the home the entire time they were working on it. Even two years later they have still come back to help make some additional changes where we wanted some further woodwork to match up. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone considering work on their home.

Built garage and 2 story addition

They performed several projects for me. The first project was about 13 years ago and the last 2 years ago. I have had excellent experience with Herman & McCarrin Construction and would highly recommend them. I don't remember specifics but item #3 was under $2,000 and the others were $10's of thousands. They would be the first company that I would call for any construction project.

The service turned out great. They were very open to any issues that came up, they were good at problem solving, and they got the job done in a timely manner.

Bud and his team did a beautiful, quality job! Our home was built in 1916. The kitchen had been updated but was tiny, with no eat-in area and little storage. Bud and his guys re-modeled the existing space: - converted our old kitchen into a butler pantry/office area, enhancing and matching our existing cabinetry; - re-did our powder room; and - dug out our old basement floor, replacing pipes and adding drain-tile. And they built on new space for us: - added an eat-in kitchen; - added a mudroom; and - a new basement below the new kitchen, with drain-tile and sump pump. Their bid was competitive, and they were true to their bid. No surprises. Started exactly the date that they promised and completed the job on schedule AND on budget. They were dependable, on time and professional. Bud or Jake were always reachable and always had answers and ideas. Bill, the finish/trim carpenter, was also very knowledgeable and helpful. We have recommended them to others and would use them again.

I had a great experience in dealing with them. They did a beautiful work. All of their contractors are excellent. They have good quality of work. I would definitely use them again if I have other big projects need to be done.

Jake and his team were fantastic. They came before we closed on the house to give us a quote and were able to start the day after we took possession. They were very easy to work with and gave us great ideas. My husband was in contact with Jake constantly and the majority of the work was actually done ahead of schedule. Our house looks brand new. We'd like to remodel our bathrooms next and will definitely contact Herman & McCarrin.

Bud, Jake, and the crew were very neat and professional. I would often ask them their opinion when making tough remodeling decisions and they would give me great advice. From our first meeting we felt like we could trust them in our house, which was very important to me and my family. They brought tarps and plastic to protect flooring and furniture. They kept the dust at a minimum. They made the entire project as painless as possible. Another plus was, whenever we needed anything someone was always there through phone conversation, text massages, or e-mail. We are so happy with the results and love showing off our house to friends. The price is fair and the work is top notch, I will hire them again in the future highly recommend this company.
