+ -1 moreOverall, it went great. He explained why I shouldn't turn the water off at the water heater first, which the husband had already done the week before. I had no idea it could burn out the element in the water heater if you do that. He was a very nice young man, respectful and didn't treat me as though I was a silly female.
Description of Work: For 17 years, I have had to put up with a dripping spout. The husband finally replaced it, but it did not solve the problem so we purchased the faucet but the husband couldn't get the old one off. After 17 years I wonder why? So, I used reversed psychology on the husband and made him think it was HIS idea to call the plumber, since I wanted it done right to begin with. You don't want to know what kind of a job the husband did putting the paneling up in the living room.We called a number of plumbers, some did not call back until a day or two later. We contacted B&E Plumbing LLC and talked to someone right away. The actual person who came called me on Saturday to let me know he could come out on Monday morning. He arrived right on time, removed the old faucet and had to replace a copper pipe that was so clogged up, it practically turned into stone. All in all, he did such a wonderful job, that I added an extra $20.00 on the check.
