My wife and I just moved into a new home and wanted to get the existing hardwood floors refinished. Peter and his team did an outstanding job, they were on time, gave great recommendations, and were very courteous. They were also very competitive on price. I would definitely recommend Access Flooring to anyone looking to get hardwood floors refinished and plan on using them again for other projects in the near future.

It was only 9 days from the time I called until the time the work was completed. Peter and his team did a superb job. We are thrilled with the end product. Our refinished floors look brand new.

We were very satisfied with the work of Access Flooring. Peter and his crew were knowledgable about wood flooring, and recommended glueing and stapling the floor which would provide the least amount of movement of the floor and also dd not require separate moisture barrier sheeting as it was contained in the glue. Peter did quote a very good price for the job which included removal of the existing carpet, moving the furniture, and staining the shoe molding to match the existing baseboard trim. The crew worked very hard to complete the job in a little over 2 days, and the end result was a beautiful and stunning floor of Brazilian Koa.

Upon receiving several estimates, his fee was fair and reasonable also. They went above and beyond what was required to add the final touches and thus I would recommend them highly.

I would recommend Access. Peter came in a timely manner, quoted and began the job in a timely manner. His workers were diligent and got the job done nicely. The only thing i would have liked is some communication after the job was done. I have no idea what kind of varnish was used and no idea how to clean and keep them looking good for the future. They were done and gone. I'd read on here tham many, if not most companies gave floor care instructions after the job but i did not get anything like that.

We were very disappointed with the quality of work. We had given Peter the brand name and mixture of our previous floors and he agreed to use it. We discovered in looking at the can of stain the workers were using that it was an off brand. The quarter rounds at the edge of the floors were not taken up and they were not able to get close enough to sand it to the edge, leaving an obvious "lapover." In removing the furniture the dining room table was nicked in two places. They were not neat or careful. The supervisor was only here to start the work and at the end. Would NOT recommend them to anyone!

Excellent work! When requested to expedite the company managed to send workers with two days notice and to finish entire house flooring, including repare in two places and removing vynil tiles from two rooms, within two days with excellent qualiry.
