Description of Work: The exterminating service removed the dead chipmunk in my basement, located the point of entry and sealed off the access. The phone personnel and the service person were professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and pleasant. I have already recommended this service to my neighbor without hesitation.

Description of Work: We had squirrels in the attic. Their first visit sealed the attic holes and installed a one-way trap door. The second visit removed the trap door, sanitized the attic and fixed two holes in the chimney. Everything was done very well except the chimney holes (not done too well- hence the "B" for quality). The squirrels are gone and all is well.
