PCI Plumbing Waterguard, Inc.

Description of Work: Brock Wittkamp of PCI Plumbing Waterguard, Inc., installed an overhead sewer system with sump & ejector pumps. Also he was to redo the basement stairwell drain to eliminate water infiltration from that point. Work was started summer 2013 and not complete until October 2013. In May, June and July of 2014 we were flooded again. We tried to contact Brock Wittkamp many times on three separate phone numbers and by e-mail. Brock would not return any of our communications. We contacted the Village of Glenview who also attempted to reach Brock. Brock would not return the calls from the Village of Glenview. I had to hire another Plumbing Contractor to fix the problems which Brock created at a cost exceeding $5,200.00, not to mention the damage and auxiliary flood damage and repair of over $3,500.00. During the work done by the new contractors the work Brock did was put on camera where the new contractors found out that the overhead sewer system was not installed correctly. The camera showed and the digging out of the stairwell base showed Brock did no more than put a P trap to nowhere creating no place for water to go. The water, therefore, came through the basement door into the basement worse than before he did his work. We have professional camera work, the Village of Glenview and our new plumbing contractor who can confirm all that my wife and I have presented above.
